il pacco non è mai arrivato, il corriere sostiene di averlo consegnato ma senza prove. Il servizio clienti dello store, a dir poco imbarazzante, non risponde nonostante i vari solleciti.

Il brutto nasce da qui in poi . 4 gg di innumerevoli tentativi di farsi dare udienza , senza riuscirci . Alla fine del calvario , dopo 5 giorni , mi rispondono dicendo di fare il reso . Chiedo istruzioni su come fare e da lì sono spariti .
