20i - Web Hosting Reviews 

Early days as I'm a new customer. I'm migrating a large number of websites over from my previous reseller provider, and having encountered a problem early on the support I've received from 20i has so far been excellent.

20i never fail to amaze me, their customer support is second to none. I've been with all of the big hosting companies in the past and the support 20i offer can not be matched. Responses usually within 5-10 minutes with knowledgeable staff.

The services are the same, never had a problem over the 2 years I've been with 20i, Reseller Hosting is faster than any other Reseller Hosting I've used before and their VPS' are great too!

Would recommend 20i to anyone.

I recently moved 90+ websites from my old host, whose service level had dropped and were no longer a reliable host, to 20i. It could have been a nightmare moving that many websites but with 20i's migration service for both websites and emails it was quite easy! The tech support, when needed, was fast and very helpful. The reseller interface is easy to use and the control panel for each customer also has a nice layout and is easy to use. The price for domains is lower than elsewhere and free SSL is a definite bonus (rather than £49 at previous host). All in all a breath of fresh air! Would highly recommend.

20i reseller filled a big gap for me when I experienced poor service from another reseller provider which I had been with for many years. Free SSL is available, great control panel, and (important) support that is responsive and effective. Migration of sites from the other provider was remarkably easy using the 20i migration tools - even pulled over all email accounts for a seamless IMAP experience. I would like to see a few more install scripts for other packages available, but its a minor detail. I am very happy I moved to 20i

Have been on a reseller package with 20i for two years now and I cannot fault them. Brilliant fast service and their customer support is second to none. I moved after having constant problems with my last provider after they merged with a bigger provider. They are always helpful with any issues we have (Which is very rare!) 100% recommend them. Just please guys, do not sell out to the bigger companies - your personal service is why I am with you. :-)

I had been with my previous reseller host since 2011 and it was time to change. I saw 20i being recommended and thought I'd try it as it's only £1 for the first month. Best decision ever. The interface is so simple to use, it's easy to migrate your sites and best of all, the support is outstanding. I highly recommend 20i.

i have been a reseller with 2oi web hosting for over a year now and i would recomend them, their service is value for money and top of the range.
its not often things go wrong but if they do they are there to help you put things right, nothing is to much of a problem for the support team they give me the confidence to recomend the product because i know i have a dedicated team of experts behind me if needed.

I started migrating sites away from Heart Internet to 20i last November, following Hearts last outage.

I cannot recommend 20i highly enough. Their servers are fast, have free SSL certificates and whenever I have needed to rollback a site due to errors on my part, that has worked seamlessly.

Support are super quick, I mean within 5 minutes and never longer than 20.

Their reseller control panel works well on mobile which helps a great deal as I do a lot of work via my phone.

Their email sending reputation is excellent, so no more clients complaining that they can't send email to hotmail or outlook.com email addresses.

And their prices are reasonable to.

You most definitely will not regret using 20i to host your websites.

As a hosting reseller and MSP I have had sometime the misfortune and sometimes the good fortune to work with Hosting services. Thankfully to date 20i has proved to be good fortune. I have had various issues over the time I have been using 20i and most of the time the issues have been user end problems but no matter what 20i support have worked tirelessly with me to resolve the problem.

I have no hesitation recommending the company but more importantly I look forward to using there services more and moe.

Working with 20i - in terms of functionality, usability and level of technical support is like a dream compared to my previous reseller host Heart Internet. Any disgruntled Heart resellers reading this should not hesitate to set up with 20i - their migration tools make it very easy. This is a genuine review - I feel that people should know about how good this company is!

20i have been amazing since I decided to move my hosting to them from Heart Internet. Their Reseller platform is outstanding and the support, services and control panel functionality is head and shoulders above the competition. I just wish I found them sooner.

I've been with 20i close on 2 years now after slowly migrating from Heart. The admin area is clean and easy to use, support is fast, helpful and kind(!), i've had very little downtime (looking at you heart!) and actually i can't remember any down time.
And they're cheaper.
before heart i have tried, easyspace, ednet/lumison/Polsant, fasthosts, 123Reg and have other clients on Godaddy, Names, 1and1 and others.
For shared and reseller hosting i think 20i might be the best.

Absolutely stellar performance top to bottom. Made my many reseller migrations as easy as they could possibly be.

Been on a number of hosting firms in the past 18 years. Had some nightmares and some OK-ish firms. Had one firm back in 2004 where the data centre staff didn't care much for new working practices who all did a runner switching everything off and locking the place up for a whole week!

Of late, I am currently with a fairly decent VPS provider, who to be fair have been 100% up for the 16 months I've been with them, and the bulk of my business with a large national provider who have for my liking had too many "Oops we've gone and knock all your sites off the air . . back in a few hours!" moments.

On the brink of looking to hire a couple of hit-men I happened by 20i.

It was a no-brainer offer from them to give them a try so I thought "what have I got to lose?" so I signed up and had a play with what turns out to be an absolutely magnificent reseller program.

I'm eight or so days in and have migrated over about 35 full sites, along with all emails, and all very, very smooth I might add, and today I cautiously went live with my first three sites.

Top of the priorities for me apart from reliability (early days so can't comment obviously but I'm very hopeful) is proactive and knowledgeable support - and so far 20i have that.

Three weeks later and I have no regrets whatsoever.

Really impressed with all aspects of 20i so far. Moved over reseller account from a previous provider and the migration process for about 20 sites was very straightforward. So far have experienced zero downtime and have noticed a considerable improvement in load speeds on all sites. The customer support staff are fast and knowledgeable and the interface is very user friendly. No negatives at all.

We signed up as a reseller to serve a demand from a couple of clients - We have always pushed web hosting to our web design company. Ultimately we repair PCs and give business support. We don't do websites and to do them you have to do them well.

Our clients refused to use anyone but us - We have built up a rapport with them over 8 years and following being let down by their old provider we looked for white label hosting - We found 20i and haven't looked back since,

3 times we have transferred websites over to "our" hosting and we have had issues - with the websites, not 20i.

3 times I have started support tickets with 20i and 3 times they have ended up rewriting our client's websites to make them work - and in one case restructured the site completely to make it faster and easier to navigate (at 10pm!!) All issues have been resolved also within 4 hours of initial ticket.

I haven't ever experienced such high a level of professionalism and service in my 17 years of trade - It is literally a pleasure to sell as I know if there is an issue they are there for us.

It is how it should be - and I am proud to be a part of it!

After my last reseller host company has had huge issues, I moved over to 20i and everything happened so smoothly. I cannot rate them highly enough. Support tickets were promptly dealt with and in clear, helpful, knowledgeable ways. Such a refreshing change! Also, the tools and interfaces are modern and reliable. This service is unequaled.
