Best hosting company I've ever used! I use their Reseller plan for all of my client sites and I acould not be happier. Their support is outstanding!

20i is by far the best hosting provider i've used. When we were looking for a partner to use for our reseller business, we researched a number of options. We didn't want to use a provider that already offered various hosting products. 20i are specialists in reseller hosting. There support is truly 24/7 and their reps are fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help, no matter how many times you pester them!

It was also important to me to find a provider that was green, and you don't get much greener than 20i

In conclusion, I couldn't have asked for a better partner in business than 20i. Well done guys, keep up the amazing work!

I dont have much to say here. They are great at what they do. Their shared hosting is good value for money (no it doesn't compete with a VPS.... why would it??? ) and their VPS are a pretty good offering also.

We have been a client for since they started and will continue to be so. They went through a mildly annoying patch a couple of years ago (maybe 4, I am old). But was short lived and I couldn't be happier we stuck with them.

Sometimes support doesn't seem to read tickets fully, so the responses are a little whack. BUT they do get it sorted and generally go above and beyond. What more can you ask for.

I would recommend them...... not to my clients as we are a reseller hahahah BUT to any budding resellers out there, you could do a LOT worse and you really can't do much better than to go for 20i!

I am currently making the move from Flywheel to 20i for their wider range of services for my web design agency. Their support team are super speedy, very supportive and wont give up until they find the solution to my questions and issues. In particular Robyn on the customer support chat is incredibly helpful and speedy at replying. There seems to be a lot of investment and importance on customer service aspect and i can vouch for that.

I initially tried the free trial reseller hosting plan to get to grips with the platform. Although less visually appealing than Flywheel, after an informative demo by Arron (I think that was his name, apologies if not) i knew exactly where to go and where my 'go-to' tools were situated.

I encourage everyone to use this company, and the reviews speak for themselves. Keep up the good work team!

I'm have a reseller package with them and I've requested a lot of support to help me understand various things and every time it's never a problem, no matter what time of day it is..... even at 2am!

Their reseller platform has so many tools and so much stuff all over that it's easy to loose things sometimes, especially when you have a short memory like me; but I have managed to set everything up.

I love that the whole thing is custom built from the ground up giving both myself and my customers a fantastic alternative to using cPanel which im kind of board of.

Overall, I can't fault the i20 service. Keep up the great work team!

For almost occasional reasons we landed on 20i's services without knowing the history and capabilities of the company.
From the very beginning we had great commercial support, but we know that when you have to sell something they are all very reactive. However we took a leap almost in the dark and we trusted them. Today after a few months of relationship we have acquired complete trust. Not only is the service valid and fast but the assistance is really super. The entire sector is always fast and professional in supporting me in all difficulties. Having a supplier like them, a technical assistance service so kind and prepared makes us feel at ease and makes our work more peaceful. Signed up to the reseller to see what it was about and I still prefer my self-hosted WHM. Tried to cancel and had to raise a support ticket. Gave my reasons for cancelling and got another email telling me to give my reasons for cancelling so they can cancel it.

The response was quick when I challenged them which is why this is two stars not one. So kudos to Connor from customer support for the prompt responses.

The experience has put me off using 20i. They need to make it easier for people to choose to leave or stay.

Having been a reseller since 2018 with 20i.com, I cannot fault them one bit.

Migrating my reseller account to 20i proved to be far more challenging than anticipated, primarily due to the obstacles created by my previous host. The 20i support team showed incredible patience and did their utmost to assist, despite being limited in what they could do without access to the other provider. However, one support member, Louie R, stood out by going above and beyond to help me find a solution. I have been with 20i Reseller for a number of years so I thought it was time to leave them a review. I have had various hosting packages elsewhere but I keep coming back to 20i for the following reasons:

Their service is absolutely outstanding. Response is usually within 5-10 minutes and everyone is very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much, so definitely 5/5 for me.

Admin panel / dashboard: some people view the fact that 20i have their own custom dashboard as a downside (in case you ever want to move away then you can't just migrate everything to another host whereas with cpanel you can). But as a web designer with moderate server experience I find the admin area is intuitive and offers many features other hosts don't have. I certainly find it less stressful to change settings on 20i than on any cPanel host but if you're a techie then I suppose this is not relevant. It's also great to have your domain renewals and hosting in one place. It can be a bit slow from time to time though. 5/5

Features: as mentioned before 20i is feature packed, I love the email migration tool so I can migrate the emails for new clients to the new hosting platform with no issues at all. Built in CDN also very useful. Also little things like the presets for DNS settings etc. 5/5

Website speeds: these seem to vary a bit. Overall they are pretty good but not lightning fast. I have moved all my websites from various servers to 20i and some of them are definitely slower on 20i (the other host was 2 Cores / 2GB RAM per cpanel account with litespeed caching). Some days a site hosted with 20i seems slow and then a few hours later it's fast again - the downside of shared hosting I suppose. So this is 3/5 for me.

Value for money: overall it's ok but the basic package was downgraded to 50 accounts (surely this is not even legal?!?!?). Also timeline backups are charged extra where I would expect this as standard when paying £40p/m.

Reliability: uptime is great and emails are always working and delivery rate is superb. This is where I have had a lot of issues with other hosts: client's emails not sending or receiving - this can be an absolute nightmare as it takes forever to sort out, a headache I can do without. It also doesn't make me look very good... 5/5

Overall: You can get faster reseller for less money elsewhere but overall 20i wins it for me. The features they have save me the money back in no time and reliability means I have happy clients. I'd be even happier if the reseller hosting speed was increased to match other hosts. Apart from that - well done 20i :-)

Rahul R. is the best Technician he was kind friendly and helpful. After the iBrave shutdown. He helped me sort out my issue showed me how to migrate to another reseller and aved me time and money I was having trying to bypass an Auth platform issue.

20i are a fantastic company to work with. I have had a reseller subscription with them for around a year and have slowly been moving websites to them from another hosting company. I have just under 30 websites with them at the moment but have nearly 100 more to migrate! I currently pay £39 per month for up to 50 websites but I have the option to upgrade to 500 websites for just £69 per month which is far greater value than what I’ve been paying previously. Thank you to the tech team for all the help so far.

Always great service from 20i. I have had a reseller account for around a year and my experience has been second to none. I recently upgraded one of my customers busier websites to a cloud server to give it extra power and the process with quick and easy. I’d recommend 20i to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-rich web hosting provider.

Since day one of joining the reseller program in January 2024 ive had excellent customer support and live chat help with technical configurations and more.
