Really impressed with the services provided from 20i, they have a really well developed platform. I am currently using their Reseller platform and love the vast range of features and was blown away with how much is allowed to be white labelled. Took a few considerations for us due to their price increase but really couldn’t find anywhere else with the same features so could understand the value of the price.

For my small business, I've been relying on 20i for the past few years, and I must say, I have nothing but positive experiences. The support they provide is truly exceptional. While I've explored other hosting companies at the request of clients, 20i stands out as the best in my opinion. Moved to these folks after a recommendation from a local web developer said to check them out. WOW. Nothing is too much trouble, support tickets answered in minutes not hours/days, performance is insane and the interface is awesome. So many things that used to be difficult are now just a few clicks, if you don't know how to do something support just points you to exactly what you need right away. SSL and email issues all resolved quickly and efficiently with no issues at all.

I'm blown away.. Just superb. Well done folks.

Let me just say I am a reseller, and i wasn't paid to do this:

I complained about the reseller prices going up, i had to complain to the team, but upon rigorous combat with the team (forgive my word lol), they gave me an insight on what really happened with proofs. At first i didn't agree, but i can say that their reasons were valid. This has affected many small business struggling to keep up with the little monthly payment, but at the end of the day, there is no other web reseller hosting that offers this cheap reseller which is unlimited even with the current prices.

I decided to give 20i a 5 star because their web hosting has actually been amazing (no doubts), and their support has really been helpful. I won't want to discredit this benefit because of the reseller prices going up, which is impromptu but at the same time, necessary. I am affected too by the reseller price, but i get more customer, and good customer reviews on my brand, which already compensates me, due to 20i active support team. What more can i ask for.

20i has been really great. and i hope they continue to keep up with this (without increasing the reseller price anymore forever and ever).

As a reseller, I depend on the support at 20i to handle issues quickly and thoroughly. They have provided excellent service for me and in turn, my customers.

After Heart Internet discontinued its reseller program, I've been exploring different hosting companies to switch to. I must say, 20i has exceeded my expectations with their extremely helpful support staff. Compared to the other companies I tested, they are on another level.

We have been a reseller customer for a couple of years now. We use it to power our digital agency. The products work really well but the company really shines when it comes to support. Response time is brilliant and they've always helped solve my issues.

I have had reseller accounts with multiple hosts over the last 20 years. Hands down 20i are the best i've experienced. I am migrating ALL my domains, sites, emails and SSLs to them. Great support - comprehensive replies within minutes. Faultless.

I've been using 20i for a few years now after switching from another company. I can't express how amazing their support team are. quick replies and always willing to help out on any issues, even if its not related to them.
i.e. recently I kept getting 504 errors on a client's site. with their help and we managed to find a plugin that was recently updated which caused memory issues, resulting i the 504 error. The plugin was disabled and the plugin provider was notified. Without the awesome support team this would have taken a lot longer to figure out what the issue was. Other companies I've dealt with hit you with 'our side is fine its your website, we cant help you!' but the 20i support team always go above and beyond.

Coming from IT I know support is generally a thankless but stressful job. so this is a shout-out to them, you're doing an amazing job. well done and thank you!

Unparalleled service. After using them for a month, I am moving all my domains to 20i. The responses are very quick and genuinely helpful. My previous company offered the bare minimum and it always felt begrudged. Really pleased to have come across 20i. The reseller package and tools are spot on.

We'd been thinking of moving our reseller hosting for some time but the scale of the operation put us off. 20i made it easy with their migration tools.

We now have faster hosting for our members, easy to use dashboards and, all in all, a far superior service to offer - so it was well worth the move.

There were a few glitches in the early days and these were quickly resolved by the support team.

Feedback from our own members has also been 100% positive and I'm really glad that we finally took the plunge and moved to 20i

Was with 20i with 40+ domains as a Reseller for 12 years and never had a single problem with them. Any technical issues were resolved very quickly and I knew that all my client sites and mail would be held securely.
I still use 20i for my personal domains and have no hesitation in recommending them as the top domain and hosting provider in the UK.

New client moved to me at the end of last year. The new website launched yesterday to promote the 2023 festival he promotes. We had over 1200 visitors and the site & admin felt like it was just me surfing alone. Nothing hiccuped whatsoever and the site remained responsive and fast all day.

20i are without a doubt THE VERY BEST web host I have ever dealt with, they have time and again gone out of their way to help with any issues and their Cloud Hosting Infrastructure is just second to none!

At 19 pounds a month for a reseller account for the first six months, you couldn't do better than that!

I'm giving 3 stars for now, I'm an active reseller here at start I was very confident but what actually made me sad.

1. They promised if you bought virtual name servers, stack domains will be completely replaced with yours. But this is not true. All you will get is just name servers, i.e ns1, ns2, ns3, ns4.
1.1 Your client will still see stack domains when your client didn't set your nameservers for his domain.
1.2 Your client will see stack domains in mail, in database, in DNS zone, etc.

2. They state that there are unlimited database, but unlimited database doesn't means unlimited space, there is 1GB limit and which they will not increase on-demand too instead they will notify you and then disable your account after you didn't reduce the size of db, no matter if its your reseller main site too. And you can't host your main site somewhere because you must need to open outbound port 3000 to use their addon/API.

Their support system is outstanding they are always online.
Their Web Builder is outdated.
You can not make enable/disable extension as we do in cPanels.
Git Version Control seems broken for private repo.
Automatic backup is paid, you can take manual backup which is one-click backup.

I hope for better future, and will update this review in case of any change.

Over the last 25 years I've used a number of hosting service providers, as a reseller, and I have to say 20i are one of the best, and when you factor in their prices I reckon they are the best value for money by a long way. On this occasion, I needed a nameserver update, which they dealt with in a matter of minutes.

I have been with 20i for a while now as a reseller.

Initially, the support was great, very knowledgeable and very attentive. However, on 24th October I noticed my card used for payment of the 20i services was expiring at the end of the month.

I was also getting ready to purchase 12 new URLs via 20i.

However, I could not remove my existing card, or add the new one I had received to replace the expired one.

I contacted support (as directed by the fault prompt on the shopping cart)
I was told that this error was to do with the merchant provider they used and that it would need to be investigated by the system admin team.
Received a follow-up email at 9.34 am the next day, confirming what I expected, they would need to liaise with their merchant company's system admin and they would get back to me when this has been resolved.
Checked with 20i on 3rd December, nearly 2 months later. No reply.
Tried sending a new ticket, only to be told, this issue is resolved and the ticket prompted closed.
I checked the cart was still spewing out an error... Well, kell surprise!!!! (notice the irony)

I still can't purchase the URL's via 20i, still unable to pay for services (although they did unblock my services until this gets resolved)
yes, I could purchase the URL's through another seller, but 20i (with reseller discounts) would be that much cheaper!! Especially as I'm providing these at no cost to the customer!

Now have given up on 20i. Seems that things went the same way at heart internet went all those years ago....Down the pan!!!

***Important update - I have been contacted by 20i to suggest I take down this negative review. Why?
They've offered 6 months free in return for this review takedown. 20i, this is bribery!!!
Modern day bribery maybe, but I am NOT for sale. This is a genuine review and if your online reviews were that important, you'd make better use of your time actually trying to help those customers bisnesses you claim to support!!

I can safely say a £4000 contract for url's, hosting and site design went belly up. Thanks 20i...
