I have to thank very much Joshua R of 20i Support and all the staff, as, despite my difficult and demanding character, they always show education and professionalism.
I must congratulate all the management of 20i because they care about the customer and have chosen the right people for the service they perform, professional, polite and patient even with difficult customers.
I am a Reseller Hosting and the quality of their service is really high, I am advising my resellers friends to rely on them for the service, precisely because of the professionalism shown to me.

I have been using 20i for a few years now, not only do they offer an amazing price, their customer service is the best in the industry. They have helped me out on many occasions, including being understanding when I had payment issues. The friendly interface is easy to use, powerful, and full of options. Am a small reseller, selling hosting packages to my clients whom I've built websites for. The reseller shop setup is easy and customisable, and it works!! The cache system is fast and works great with WordPress.
They also offer a wide range of instant app installs, including WordPress, BuddyPress, Magento, Opencart, Zen Cart and many many more.

The mind boggles at the sheer lunacy of it. They Migrated a site from a incompetent reseller of their own servers to ... our own package on their servers and they LOST the website. Their 'support' first said 30 minutes, then 16 hours later fobbed me off told me they we 'investigating' and then just stopped replying to me.
AVOID unless you're happy to lose your website in its entirety or have it go down indefinately.
Yes, eventually they did get it running, but only after a whole load of unnecessary grief.

UPDATE: 20i after various comms saying, in essence, my experience wasn't valid...
"We'd ask you to take down the Trustpilot review and by way of apology, we will provide ... 12 months of completely free hosting" 20i Customer Service Manager SH 15/11
Then, confirming the apology went hand in hand with removing the review I got this

I'm sorry. I'm sorry I ever expected 20i to be a professional organisation. Empty apologies and veiled threats - Peaky Blinders is alive and well albeit they're in Mansfield now!

I made the move to 20i about a year ago and have been very pleased with the service reliability, functionality and, the few times I've needed to use it, customer service.

Previously I'd spent 10 years as a reseller of Heart and 3 years leasing VPS's from OVH but had been badly let down by both in terms of reliability (Heart) and customer service (OVH).

The contrast at 20i is marked - nothing but smooth sailing so far, highly recommended.

Been with 20i now for several years. The reseller hosting is superb. The support team are very quick to respond and are helpful and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced and they are always adding new features. Having used several hosting companies over the years I would say without doubt that these are the best and are thoroughly recommended.

I have been with 20i for a few years now. I have a reseller account as I have many customers. They are definitely not the cheapest hosting provider out there but they are definitely the best one. The service is top notch, their dashboard is absolutely amazing and what is most important is that their support is second to none. Highly highly recommended if you want a peace of mind regarding your website(s).

I´ve been with them now for about 2+ years as a reseller so I can safely say that I´ve gone through all the growing pains that come with such venture.

First off, I´d like to compliment them on excellent support! They answer you almost instantly and there are very few things they can´t help you with (and trust me, I´ve asked for help with allot of things that are borderline cheeky of me to ask of them as technically it had nothing to do with them). Second, the hosting is excellent. Fast, secure and reliable, recommend it!

As for their reseller program. While it´s a fantastic program, it´s an in house developed solution (hostshop). Don´t get me wrong, this is for most parts, quite impressive solution, albeit a bit outdated look for the front end (please allow us to connect the Hostshop to Wordpress, we can design our own look and feel, thank you). As for the language aspect of the Hostshop, if you´re English speaking, this is more than fine but if you come from non English speaking country, you might run into problems with translation. You might also have problems with payment gateways (which is the biggest part of reselling) if you have problems signing up to the payment options they offer. I have presented them with solutions more than once for the translation and payment gateways (again, Wordpress, connect with Woocommerce, opens up so much options for allot of resellers) but that seems to be falling on deaf ears, which is why I am giving them 4 stars as I think it´s really important that you listen to those who are buying their bigger products and on top of that, addon products to beef up everything, especially if its a reseller service as we (the customer) have to be able to customize the experience for our customers but we are (very) limited to what the Hostshop allows us to do. Now, I could simply use WHMCS but that is a technical headache to integrate and additional cost that I simply don´t need to have, there are better solutions and I´ve certainly made my case with them about that but like I said, with no reaction on their behalf. I guess we can´t have everything, it´s still frustrating and until this changes, I´ll stick to my 4 star rating as I feel like the reseller program is being limited quite a bit by lack of innovation (don´t get me wrong, there is of course innovation with their hostshop, just not in the direction I am sure most would like to see it) that allows the reseller to shape the service to their need.

Other than that, I think this is an awesome hosting service, 5 star support and over all, really nice people working there!

I have been a 20i customer for a while and although I have used the support occasionally it was never for anything serious.

As a reseller the responses have always been fast and detailed. Today however we really had a situation with a clients site which needed fast support and in depth resolution to prevent a disaster for the client and ourselves as their hosting partner. Justin provided exceptional support and having been with other support companies in the past I can say they are not just following a script and have in depth knowledge fully knowing their systems back to back.

I would recommend anyone to give them a go. I have been with UK Fast, Fasthosts and others and they just cannot compete.

UPDATE: After speaking with Head of Customer Service, Simon Harlow, we have renewed confidence in the platform. He's addressed every single piece of feedback left both in the feedback form in My20i and in this review and shown us where changes to the 20i platform have been made based on our feedback. We look forward to our relationship with 20i improving thanks to the renewed confidence that Simon has given us and we haven't had client downtime or complaints now for several days.

Purchased Reseller Hosting offering as I like the fact you can have unlimited accounts and a load balanced infrastructure.

Unfortunately though, we've been plauged by multiple issues during our migration and afterwards.

The Migration Centre can't seem to handle a large queue of sites, its incredibly slow and times out very often. The Migration Centre managed to get blocked by our previous hosting provider which made 20i's staff have to manually migrate everything over.

After that, we had multiple teething issues because each new accounts gets setup with an incredibly old PHP version... Not the ones we had set in cPanel. No idea why that doesn't pull across.

Then we had some sites databases that had lost their AUTO_INCREMENT settings, meaning we had to restore those from backup.

After that, we had some really big accounts that we wanted to split into multiple parts. The split tool managed to really break on us and instead of moving 1 database, it moved all of them. Then after support fixed it, we sucessfully split but needed to deactivate a hosting package for 1 subdomain we had split off. For some reason on 20i's system, if you deactivate 1 subdomain (even if its in a separate account) it deactivates ALL of them... And to undo it, you have to wait 30 minutes before the sites are live again.

We still keep having these niggly issues. StackCP is not a true cPanel replacement because it does things which aren't anywhere near common-sense. Also, the fact that most changes take 30 minutes to apply make it a clunky experience.

We're fully migrated now but I'm wishing we hadn't, I'm now sifting through our backlog of customer complaints due to website downtime and other 20i "niggles" that broke their website services.

20i's marketing is a straight lie and makes out the process is easy, its nowhere near easy.

20i's support team do reply quite quickly, however, seem reluctant to pass bugs or issues onto the higher teams who maintain StackCP and most of the time are looking for the easiest and fastest way to close off a ticket, rather than the best way to solve an issue.

All in all, I'm stuck here now hoping that 20i get better. I've left multiple feedback items for 20i (which they probably won't read) and asked multiple times for many tickets to be escalated higher. I feel like my issues are falling on deaf ears.

If you're considering moving to 20i then plan for at least a week of downtime and teething problems with little to no help from 20i support as that is the actual truth and I wouldn't bother using the Migration Centre, just migrate them yourself its quicker.

I want to cancel the account, I only opened it to try the services. I called them in chat, but no operator was available, the services are not free !!!!! They advertise it as free on all sites, but to use these services they ask for payment. For me a bad advertisement for them, MY VOTE is = 0. Update!!!!!, an operator contacts me who has seen my negative review, tries to solve the problem and for 2 days that is only confusing, has confused my name with another account. After 2 days of rough explanations it turns out that he has activated a free plan on a gmail account that is not connected with me. Total incompetence. My rating is below zero.

Update to answer you, I requested "free-hosting" once with only one account, this service must be free, instead the system asked me to pay, I have a domain name with another manager, in fact I also said that your dns are not well configured to point to my domain, in the dns check I received FAILS, I requested the cancellation of my account via chat, they refused to delete my account, you contacted me by email to ask me about my recent negative review, on trustpilot, you convinced me that you can solve the problem using the reseller service, instead you confused me with some other customer, changing an account that was not mine. After 2 days of wasting time and tests, tired and stressed, I replied that my review will still remain negative, because you have wasted my time and you have not solved any problems, confusing the situation more. So now your answers are out of place.

Before I start, let me say that I have had a long career in IT Support - all the way from the front line to being a Support Director in one of the largest software firms in the UK. So I know good support when I see it!
I chose 20i for my reseller hosting needs primarily on the basis of the recommendation of their service - and I wasn't disappointed. High speed, high availability, lots of customisation options for resellers and great value. What's not to like? (100% green energy now too - absolute bonus.)
But that's not the main reason I recommend 20i to everyone now. That reason is the quality of their support.
You can tell a lot about a company by how it treats its existing clients. 20i's support is fast, friendly, responsive, flexible and professional. This is not something that happens by accident - this has clearly taken both a culture of respect for the client and some decent investment by 20i to achieve, alongside a focus on finding, training and keeping the right people with the rare blend of skills good support needs. But the results are well worth it. I wholeheartedly recommend 20i and will continue to do so to everyone I meet based on this factor alone. Thank you for all you're doing for your customers folks, and keep it up - you're doing a great job.

Been using 20i for a while now as a reseller , the support is truly awesome and really fast 20i has a bright future, thats for sure!

After nearly 20 years as a reseller (with a competitor) I have finally made the move to 20i and boy, do I regret not having moved at least 5 years ago. I was bound by a number of VPSs which could not be moved, so to some extent my hands were tied. That said, I should have found ways to make the transition sooner.
My experience so far with 20i has been amazing. The replies to support tickets and not only blisteringly fast but you can tell the team pay full attention and are committed to solving problems.
I heartily recommend 20i for all of your hosting needs.
