20i - Web Hosting Reviews 

20i is truly great. I use it to host Discord Bots, websites and even sell domains with reseller hosting.

Have used 20i.com for over a year and was very happy with their service, Reseller account was much better than the VPS which i had previously with Justhost and didnt require me to manage the server with updates which I was required to do with prior VPS.

Support was also very good

I have used 20i as a reseller for over 2 years and I have been impressed with their support.

On the rare occasions that I have had to submit a ticket - the response has been quick and and always relevant and knowledgeable.

Highly recommended

Although a tad dearer than other hosting reseller providers, the support is absolutely amazing, and response times are very good, just 5 minutes with my latest query, and on a Sunday too.

I moved from a company that also had good support but were taken over by a major international provider, and support took a lot longer and was nowhere near the previous support level.

I decided to give 20i another try 18 months later to see if anything has improved, but sadly I have to report that it hasn't, all the same problems still seem to exist and they have still not fixed any of the prior issues with their WHMCS module, despite telling me last time that they would, in fact it seems to have gotten worse.

On their website, they claim the following about their WHMCS integration
" The module lets you complete setups without any manual intervention so that when a customer places an order with you, it just works."

But this is definitely not true. According to support staff, It is not automated and manual intervention is required for every single customer who signs up.
This response was then contradicted by someone else.

the module does not display any errors or give any notification when it has failed to setup or provision a user or service, so when something has not worked, you have no idea and even begin to troubleshoot it.
It just tells you everything was setup successfully, even though nothing was created in stackCP.

There could be any number os reasons why it might fail, but it won't tell you. One of which (so support tells me) is that it doesn't like your clients contact details. But of course it won't tell you this, it will just tell you everything was setup just fine, even though nothing was created.

Alas 20i Support still seems to have absolutely no idea how their own module or integration works and still give conflicting answers and wrong advice from the outset.

As the saying goes, when something seems too good to be true, it usually is, and that certainly seems to be the case with 20i.

I signup up for a 1 month trial of the reseller plan as they had 1 specific feature I was interested in use.

I had high hopes for 20i given all the glowing reviews, but sadly I spent that entire month tearing my hair out trying to get things working with WHMCS.

So I chose to cancel, but they offered me another 3 months free, which I accepted. But then spent another month going back and forth with support trying to get everything working with WHMCS.

Support seem to give the absolute minimum effort on tickets, causing every issue to drag out for as long as possible.
They also don't seem to understand how their own system works, contradict each other, giving complete opposite advice.

They ask for same information repeatedly within the same ticket, which means they obviously do not bother to read through tickets before replying.

When you get a different person replying each time, this just compounds the issue.

I have had a hell of a time getting their WHMCS plugin working properly, as it does not populate WHMCS with important data like CP login details, FTP details, so you cannot use the WHMCS emails templates to send this info to the customer.

There also seems to be mistakes and ambiguous instructions in their setup guides.

They tell you that you must use their stackCP email templates from their system to send to clients.
Then another agent tells you that you must use their hostshop and the email templates do not work with WHMCS, and then another agent tells you the complete opposite.

I have been going round and round for weeks now trying to get this working, getting conflicting answers.
they keep asking for access to my whmcs system and instructions on how to place an order and repeat the issue (surely they should know how to use whmcs?).
And then don't even use any of the information they have asked for and keep asking me to do it myself instead.

20i are cheap, and you get what you pay for at the end of the day.

I suspect if you use their own HostShop system, then things go a lot more smoothly. This is what they push and have told me is what most of their resellers use.

I am also not a fan of the fact that there are no backups by default, absolutely none. So if somehting gets deleted or infected with malware, you are screwed unless you setup the paid backups.

There are also no options on the paid backups, it is once per day and that's it. So if you had ecommerce site or any site where data is changed frequently throughout the day, and it went down right before the daily backup runs, then you have lost an entire days data.
So this service is really only suited for mainly static sites or ecommerce sites that use an external shop solution like ECWID.

I will be sticking with GURU, who I have been with for 2 years now and do not have any complaints. Just google "Guru hosting review" for more details.

The amount of features you get and the value for money of this product is exceptional. I personally subscribe for reseller hosting and the support I have received to pursue my dreams of becoming a web developer can't be matched by any other service.

For a long time, we have been looking for Providers who not only have fair pricing but also offer the Best Quality of services on our journeys to better services we came across 20i and we decided to take a leap of faith and we have not regrated ever since.

By far the best hosting and reseller service I've ever used in the past 20 years!
I have used numerous providers and have not witnessed such a reliable, modern and feature rich solution for my hosting as 20i. The support is by far the most responsive and knowledgeable. An amazing service that makes my life easier, provides an awesome end user experience and ultimately saves me time and money. Keep up the amazing work!

20i are a complete change from standard cPanel hosting. Everything is load balanced and very fast, the support is also very responsive and helpful. I like their interface and as a Reseller that I can create unlimited accounts.

Following an initial great experience with a domain transfer and testing with free hosting, I committed to a professional package and found it to be very feature rich, fast and reliable. I had a couple of non urgent queries, which were dealt with within minutes. I can't recommend 20i highly enough. I will be upgrading to a reseller package as soon as I build my client base.

I had a technical issue which to me looked quite complicated to resolve. Literally within minutes, I had a response and the issue had been fixed with Ryan.

Having been with Heart Internet for over 10 years, there were certain niggles that I had with their tech support and service and was very nervous about transferring multiple domains and hosting packages and email.

I'm technically literate, but by no means a backend or hosting expert and was able to migrate everything across with support by my side if I had any questions.

If anyone if fed up with their current reseller provider, I would strongly recommend you take a leap over to 20i.

The support team always go above and beyond. As a reseller, it is comforting to know that they've got my back. 10/10

I am trying 20i out on a couple of things before taking the plunge on a reseller account and had a query.
I logged a support ticket and was about to check back later but got an almost immediate response - at 11:45pm! Very impressed and will be moving everything over to 20i.

20i has been a real eye-opener as to how good a hosting provider can be. I gave up on using hosting providers and ran my own server and VMs for several years, but it's so much work - so many things to take care of, and a distraction from doing our core work of building great websites. With 20i, I am gradually migrating websites off our own server onto their infrastructure. At first, I used a Reseller account, but decided to get that extra boost that comes with a decent spec managed VPS. So now, it's like I have my own server, but I don't need to worry about anything other than setting up my sites. The hardware is no longer my worry.

And when it comes to support, it's like having an IT department at my fingertips, with polite, thoughtful and caring responses - and so quick too. I've only had a few small problems, but mainly questions and getting familiar with how to use all the fantastic tools provided in their control panel. Whatever I have asked for support so far, the response has generally been within a few minutes, and I am back doing what I had planned to do.

So well done 20i, and congratulations on setting up such a slick operation that also performs exceptionally well. I look forward to a long partnership with you.

20i have proved a refreshing change. Been building websites for over 20yrs and have had to deal with a lot of different hosting companies, ranging from cheap and nasty ones like one.com and higher end ones like wpengine, over this time but 20i are pretty much the best mid range one I have used. I use their reseller package and it has just made my life so much easier for client sites that are low demand.

Lots of bang for the buck with features that others class as premium and charge extra for.

We have only been with 20i for about 4 months and we have found the team very helpful when we have had problems moving sites to them or have had email problems with our clients. The team is ready to listen and are more than willing to help. The servers run well and we have not noticed any outages with our sites. If you run a Web design company then there reseller account is worth the money. Keep up the good work 20i.

So impressed with the support and responsiveness of the team at 20i, they make running our reseller hosting easy and having their backup makes all the differerence to our business.

I've been designing websites for years but never wanted anything to do with the server side until now. As a relative noob to Reseller Hosting it was a tiny bit confusing at first but 20i have been excellent and I was up and running with zero delay.
