20i has totally changed the concept of Reseller Hosting. With just single price I am getting whole infrastructure for all my clients. Thats amazing.

Fantastic! I am currently testing 20i reseller platform, using another reseller hosting but after what i am seeing from test site which gets A grade and TTFB of 36ms! and load time of 1,2 seconds! I think i move to 20i! :)

Recently moved all my reseller hosting over to 20i after a poor experience with another UK company. The overall experience has completely blown my last provider out of the water. I have been with 20i now for almost 3 years. My initial multi-site migrate from my previous reseller host was pretty smooth, with minimal disruption.

Since then, the service and support have been impeccable! Websites are stable and fast loading and the control panel is extremely user friendly.

The support staff are always friendly, knowledgable, courteous and helpful and have, on quite a few occasions, gone above and beyond to get a problem resolved. My reseller account is great value for money and allows for the smooth running of my small business

I have been a 20i customer since they launched I have to say their support is fantastic. Having been a previous reseller with Fasthosts and Heart Internet both providers had never-ending outages. Then treated you like rubbish when you complained despite costing me £1000s in lost revenue. I am glad to say I haven't had a single outage in the several years I have been with them their platform is extremely stable and quick support is top notch.

I cannot express how much I love 20i. After the disaster that was my previous host, everything about 20i is perfect. Always improving their services, stellar support at stellar speeds, and just an all round great company to do business with.
