20i have taken reseller hosting to another level!
The support staff are generally impressive. No questions is remarked as stupid, no request is overlooked.

What's more, if there's a software package that's available via a one-click install on another provider, they're more then happy to request it, either on just your account or system-wide.

I had some reservations as first, as these are the people behind the original Heart Internet and when their service kept failing, I had no real choice but move away. Now I have 4 domain names registered for 10 years and I sincerely hope to stay with 20i for that long.

Hoping to also get some other customers in the next few months.

20i is an incredible web hosting provider. I have a reseller account with them and manage multiple websites and the user interface is easy and quick to use. Whenever I have needed support, the responses are fast and their technical expertise is great. They're the friendliest support team I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with, and I'll always recommend 20i to anyone who needs web hosting of any kind. I have seen their recently released Managed VPS product and I'm seriously considering giving it a go as well! Highly recommend 20i.

The level of service 20i provide always exceeds expectations, with new features constantly being added to their reseller account that make it easy to host client websites. I've never had a need for telephone support as online support has always been so quick to resolve issues.

I left Heart because of persistent downtime, not just the move to the new data centre or the power outage in 2016, there just always seemed to be on-going problems. I left GoDaddy because the email on their shared hosting was a nightmare (hotmail servers rejected almost everything; 1&1, now Ionos, have the same problems), and then I found 20i through Adwords of all places which I never normally click on, and I’m glad I did.

The Reseller hosting really is exceptional. Transferring domains and migrating existing websites (inc. wordpress) and mailboxes from other hosts is a doddle. You can design your own white label hosting packages, control the access and pricing for customers etc. It all works really well and in approx. 3 years with them I haven’t noticed any problems in terms of downtime or things going wrong. The support is great as well, they answer quickly and are very helpful. So all in all highly recommended.

The only negative worth mentioning is the substantial price increase for Reseller Hosting in 2020. I joined in 2018 with the £1 first month deal still on at time of writing. I’m not VAT registered so the invoices were 2018 £325.20, 2019 £359.99, and 2020 £461.87. This is a £100 price increase in 12 months which is really quite substantial. Hopefully we’ll have to wait a good while until they raise prices again. Still 5 stars though because they’re so good.

Outstanding Support from 20i! I've been using 20i now for 7 months as a reseller and providing services to the members of IMBuyersClub.com. The support from 20i has been fast and excellent for every issue I or any of my members and clients have had. Their patience with some amateurish problems and their way to explain what happened and how it can be avoided or corrected by myself in the future, are especially appreciated. I now feel confident to provide quality hosting services to even more clients.

The support you get with 20i is 100% top quality, it's a mix of doing the troubleshooting for you but also showing you how to fix things in the future. It's a breath of fresh air with the level of support and services you get from 20i. Other reseller hosters need to step up their game.

I've been with 20i a couple of years now on their Reseller package and have around 50 sites hosted with them. Their offering was good when I signed up and it has been great to see what developments and changes they have made whilst I have been with them.
I just hope their success doesn't mean they take the path that other good hosting companies do and sell out to one of the big boys.

I am a new reseller on 20i. I am very impressed with the migration tools that help migrating everything from almost any provider to 20i. Migration tools include, domain migration, hosting and even mailboxes. The process is easy, almost automatic and saves hours of manual work. Particularly migrating mailboxes.
The support team and response time are exceptional and they offer an excellent value for money. Well done 20i.

I have dealt with many web hosts over the years but none compare to the quality of 20i. They are simply great at everything that they do from the simple, great value pricing with no sneaky hidden fees or giant price hikes to the outstanding customer support who normally respond within an hour of submitting as ticket.

20i is my go-to host for both mine & my clients business, their reseller hosting is exceptional, especially since the introduction of HostShop which removes the need for a WHMCS license.

They are always improving their service and product with little tweaks & features here and there. They are also a local company to me, less than a 30 min drive!

Having been building websites since 1999 we used our share of hosting companies - 20i is simply the best.

We've been using 20i for 18 months now and we cannot recommend them enough. We've not had a single client have an issue with emails. The 10Gb mail storage is a good amount. Support is very quick and they are always helpful.

We were late to the party when it comes to using reseller hosting. Having only started using it with another company about six years ago.

Migration of services including email from Heart Internet to 20i is so easy. Not only is the service better, but the costs are also less for a better service. Extras like timeline backups have worked out cheaper, then competitors.

We wished we had used and found them sooner.

If your in any doubt - don't be - start using 20i and you'd wished you had done years ago.

I've been with 20i now for some 18 months.
I am so glad I moved my reseller account over from Heart when I did. (In fact, if I have any regrets it is that I didn't do it much sooner!)
The 20i facilities are so good. The SSD based structure means much more speed. I haven't seen any down time at all. (I'm not seeing constant down time while 'systems are being maintained' as I used to suffer previously).
And they keep adding to and improving the service with new features and functions. It is delight to work with.
Saving the best to last... the support service stands head and shoulders above anything I've had in my 15 years or so with reseller accounts. They are fast, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Every issue I've raised has been speedily sorted with the minimum of fuss and always a friendly word.
I would wholeheartedly recommend any reseller to switch to 20i... today!

An excellent host from a reseller perspective. Every time I have an issue with a clients hosting, support is on it all the time with very fast response times and my problem is usually resolved within one ticket response. The value for money on their services is phenomenal and their take on WHMCS with"HostShop" is excellent, I have had nothing but great feedback my web design and hosting clients, thanks you team 20i and keep the good work up!

Have nothing to compare them to, as they are the first and only hosting provider I’ve used. But after using them, I don’t think I’ll use anyone else. Their customer support is absolutely world-class, and hosting services, especially the reseller features are incomparable, to anyone else.

As always the level of support and knowledge of all things web just never ceases to amaze me.
They are my 12th man and always help when needed. 20I are also leaders in the reseller world for sure with superb tech and servers.

If your starting with hosting you really need to reach out to these guys and give them a shout. I did and haven't looked back.
