I have been a reseller for about three months with 20i, I have had great support and their custom control panel, stackcp. Brings something new to the table to offer my customers while both 20i and myself get the benefits of selling hosting at affordable costs since we don't need to pay for expensive cPanel costs.

All in all 20i has been wonderful to host with; fast, reliable and brilliant support. I would recommend them to any small to medium web hosting resellers!

About two months ago I started moving our reseller across form Heart Internet.
Since then I have found the service excellent.
Also, unlike Heart technical response is fast and helpful.

Have been using their Reseller hosting for a few weeks now and I love them. VERY fast servers, VERY fast support and all the features you could ever need - they seem to have very bespoke systems, these guys are not your average cPanel host, much better. Since I have joined they have made three useful enhancements to the service, looks like they add stuff all the time.Give them a try!

EDIT: noticed the person below moaning that he wants to keep his backups in the web space. It's web hosting, not a remote backup service. Also if his site is loading in the time he says it must be coded badly or have slow plugins.

Just migrated all our client accounts over from Heartinternet and have been very impressed with the first class support service during the migrations. Also enjoying the much simpler Reseller Admin back-end. By offering free SSL, free CDN, 10Gb Mail Boxes, SSL protection for Mail Boxes, free, automated Malware scanning of all files and specially configured WordPress servers, our clients are also enjoying the cost saving we have passed on to them, making changing to 20i a bit of a no-brainer, really. Thoroughly recommend them.

I've been with 20i for just over a year now with a Reseller account and it was a great decision to move to them. Every now and then I have a technical question, which they're always more than happy to help with.....even though I'm sure some of my questions are pretty silly. Highly recommend!

The speed of service, reliability, and value for money all deserve 5 stars. I moved circa 50 sites away from another well known host which fell victim to being bought out by one of the largest online providers. They took a notable decline in service, however 20i came to the rescue and provide an amazing platform. Their edge caching, WordPress optimising and competitive reseller package is brilliant.

Really been pleased with the service we have received with 20i, especially with how bad things had got with our previous.

The support staff are quick to reply and fix issues and have gone above and beyond to help, even when clients have deleted their emails they have recovered them for us, something our previous host would never have done and help out with things not of their doing or area of coverage.

I can highly recommend them and the Reseller Account we use.

I had previously given 4 stars not due to any lacking on their part but because there is always somewhere for improvement for even the best but after recently had even more excellent service from them going above and beyond I have increased it to 5 stars :)

Most Brilliant Hosting Company. They keep on bringing some bunch of new features every month. Replies to most of the tickets comes within 5 minutes & also I appreciate Directors of 20i because they're always ready to hear feedback from the customers directly and they also correct mistakes very soon. They do have an advanced load balancing technology to keep customer's sites 100% online & my site never gone down during the past 1 year journey with them. If you're running a high traffic site or if you are newbie in hosting websites then you should definitely try 20i because they come with StackCP panel instead of Cpanel which is more easy to use. Also if you need to start a Reseller hosting business you need to definitely try 20i, A Truly Unlimited Reseller Hosting Platform.

I've tried several hosting companies over the last few years and no one comes close to 20i. Not only is their platform really easy to use, their customer service is fantastic, really fast and always go above and beyond to help you solve any issue. On the several occasions when I have needed a swift support response as I have come across minor issues while creating my reseller business, the response from 20i has been unfailingly swift; on point; literate; accurate - and last but not least - has solved my problems!!

A refreshing change from most of the other 3rd party farmed out non-UK based support desks that I usually have to deal with.

I thought my old UK hosting provider couldn't be beaten but after they raised our fees by over £400 per year on top of what we were already paying, we were forced to look elsewhere... which turned out to be a godsend!!!

Since switching to 20i, we have been able to take our reseller services to the next level with their Host Shop service. On top of this, their service is outstanding and nothing seems to ever be too much bother for the support team.
