Excellent Service
What more can I add to the already excellent 5 star rating. I moved all my domains to this company from Heart Internet and have not looked back.
If you are looking for a reseller package, look no further.

Been with these guys for nearly a year - they are brilliant. Today we ran into a serious issue on a WP site (nothing to do with 20i) and we were stumped to understand what the problem was.

Asked 20i support if they could shed light on it - to which they simply asked for a few .sql bits of info and 30 minutes later all sorted.

Brilliant service.

This is a fantastic server company with tremeandous attention to client satisfaction. I have used several others but none match 20i.com.

Product devellopment is constant an support for the reseller is a standard I have never experienced before.

Fantastic and speedy support, also the fastest and best for price in terms of resellers. Not one other host I have come across offers anything similar. This really is the only unlimited reseller plan, which actually works and is fast, available. Hugely recommend these guys.

Forget what you know about being a reseller, forget what your used to with your current hosts, forget the limitations, the downtime, the non automonous backend... Only one thing to remember, transfer over to 20i, They are more professional, more cost effective, have a brilliant backend, offer you more for your money, speaking of money, you'll pay a lot (LOT) less too.

So glad i made the change from heartinternet, these guys have it sussed. Brilliant, Superb, Fabulous.

I am using 20i reseller service from 1 year very happy with support.

I've used 20i services as a reseller for over a year now, the support team are fast, friendly and super helpful!

They've never once told me they can't help, or made me feel incapable of doing my job. Huge respect to them as I know its not an easy job to do - I see the same names on the support desk still so they clearly enjoy where they work which speaks volumes to me!

Just bought a new reseller package from 20i... The service from these guys is extremely good, very fast, very polite and sooooooo much better than the other reseller packages I have from other providers, so much so that I will be moving all my hosting from my current providers to 20i.

I moved my reseller account from Heart Internet to 20i several years ago now because I wasn’t happy with the derive I was getting from Heart and it was the best decision I ever made, the support is 2nd to none, the team will go out of their way to help resolve any issues, I really can’t rate them high enough.

I've been using 20i on and off for a while now for domains, and finally chose to move my company over to them for website hosting. Firstly their customer service is second to none, rapid responses across the clock and exceptionally helpful.

Their custom created web panel is intuitive and easy to use, whilst containing features missing off key competitors such as SSH tools and backups.

To conclude, I think this is the last move for website hosting I will never need to make, and can't wait to get more customers on board for my company so I can move to the reseller hosting.

Been with 20i for a short time after migrating from Heart Internet. The support is just as good as Heart Internet but the major upside has been the Reseller User Interface is excellent. Really user friendly and fast loading. I'd recommend them to anybody looking to migrate (the process is surprisingly simple!) or setting up a new account.

20i, easily the best hosting you can find.

As a web developer, I already have accounts with many of the big names in hosting, I've slowly migrated most my sites to 20i because they excel in everyway, speed, resources, ease of use, features and more importantly support.

I signed up in early 2017 when there was only 9 reviews here on TrustPilot, I took the plunge buying a reseller account and have never looked back, and unlike all other hosting packages never considered leaving.

Fastest and most efficient support. Best move that I ever made as a reseller was to 20i. Thank you team, you guys are great!

I moved all my client reseller hosting to 20i last year and I'm really happy I did. The interface is intuitive, there's more white-label work I could do, but I'm happy for clients to know it's 20i that's supporting them. Whenever I have an issue the customer support is great, really efficient, friendly and human!

Very helpful and responsive support/staff.The site is easy to use with a ton of helpful links and guides. I would highly recommend.

The reseller services are also worth mentioning as it’s billed as unlimited and to their credit it seems to be the case - with a lot of hosting companies labelling packages “unlimited”, a few hundred accounts later and your bill suddenly’s increased.

20i Have been phenomenal so far. Support has been quick, helpful and detailed. The platform itself is extremely clean and easy to use. The reseller tools are great and user friendly enough, even for beginners.
