The service this group provides is World Class. I've never been part of a group so willing to help you and get you going. I've always been told you can't copy someone else's system you have to make it your own but what 20 min Trader provides is a System that you can use over and over and over again. They have the support you need to keep you from being the X factor in your trading and are all about making sure everyone is Profitable!!!! Thanks again 20 Min Trader Team You Rock!!!

The 20-minute trader team is amazing. Jeremy has real integrity, and guides even beginners through every little thing to allow them to achieve success. One of the hardest things as a trader is navigating the ups and downs and the mindset challenges, which is something that the 20 minute trader team has as a major focus!

It’s evident the team really cares about helping you succeed throughout your journey.

I have had such a consistently fantastic experience with this company. The training has far surpassed my expectations with the level of support I’ve received, direct access to very helpful mentors who have gone above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered, lots of personal feedback and just a great supportive community and vibe. I had zero prior experience with trading when I started and I found the teaching methods to be super straightforward. I felt like they made a complex topic into an actually pretty simple process, and I am now trading with consistent success. I would absolutely recommend!

If you want to learn a way to trade that doesn’t require learning advanced math and monitoring a screen all day long, this is a means to accomplish that. It doesn’t guarantee success, but if you are disciplined enough to follow Jeremy’s directions and apply his insights, you too can succeed. There’s so many ways his program helps you. I appreciate the attention given to helping a person be accountable for his own trades, keeping score and checking if in the moment you were caught up or if you were being a disciplined trader. I also like how the concepts are broken down and that you can review them with videos when you want. I’ve also gotten great coaching along the journey and appreciate the opportunity to hear others questions that I may have forgotten to ask.

I joined the 6 month 20 Minute Trader course excited to be one of the first 25 on the webinar to receive an added benefit. However, once inside and beyond the 20 minute hype, it was clear it would require far more extensive training than sold in the webinar to earn dollars. Most troubling was that the assigned coaches were ALL still in training for months, some years, with no profits, requiring other jobs to support themselves. I did not encounter a single member or coach that was making ANY money. Quite remarkable.

So on day 6, well within the 30 day refund period, I requested a refund and was
informed that it would take 7-14 days to process, followed by another 5-7 days to credit my account dependent upon my banking institution. This triggered my inquiry into the possibility of an expedited refund. I was assured by polite underlings that "accounting" would be notified for expedition.

Yet a week or so later, I received an email from owner Jeremy Russell asking if I wanted to reconsider remaining in the program as cancelling would result in a forfeiture of a course feature available to me over the next 6 months included in the course fee. I declined, reminded him of my request for an expedited refund and asked if he might personally expedite it.

Russell did not respond to my request for personal assistance. As of today Aug 8th, 22 days post my initial refund request, the funds have finally been cleared and are available in my bank account. This was an unduly long period to wait for a refund and not a good look for Russell - the IRS is far more expedient!

On July 30th, 13 days post my refund request, I learned that accounting "approved" my refund. This was the first mention of needing an approval and it took 13 days, nearly a week post Russell's email to me to reconsider. I suspect that Russell himself is "accounting."

I used PayPal credit for the course fee of $997. However, a monthly recurring fee of $197, of which I was totally unaware as it was free for 6 months with the course, was set up for debit at the same time and not supported by PayPal. Thus, my linked checking account, used to pay my bills, was debited $997 instead of my PayPal credit. To cover this surprise unbudgeted debit I had to transfer funds from my savings. Of note: Russell has several complaint posts on monthly recurring fees.

In speaking with PayPal I inquired if there were any complaints on file regarding refunds on 20 Minute Trader and if my bank was at all at issue. Their response was "no" on my bank but an affirmative as to multiple complaints on 20 Minute Trader with no further details.

This refund process was partly extended due to banking protocols but nonetheless is by far the most drawn out encountered on a product or service in my mature and experienced life. The company refund policies and lack of transparency as to recurring future fees being set up months in advance right out of the gate are inexcusable and particularly egregious when one takes into account that this is a private business appearing to be run very much hands on by owner Jeremy Russell.

Russell's 20 Minute Trader refund policy appears to be wholly by his design and executed without exception to maximize time to take full advantage of retention of funds. Is this reflective of a morally and ethically bankrupt model?

Inside Observations:
The members and coaches with which I engaged appear to largely consist of hopeful, impressionable, vulnerable, idealistic, enthusiastic young adults with limited life or trading experience, who despite months/years of training with Russell and literally no real gains or even much real trading experience, remain determined in the predatory clutches of Russell's emphasis on endless "training" versus earning, dedicated in cult like servitude to perfecting and trusting in Russell's "formula." The mantra/narrative they share is that it will take time, more time, still more time - until one day in a galaxy far, far away they will alas attain the skills worthy to trade like Russell.

The bulk of Russell's portfolio might in fact well be membership acquisitions versus his claim by his own admission, to a fluke trading "formula" that apparently requires endless "training" to never master. The only visible evidence of a profitable 20 minute trade appears to be the one wherein your hard earned cash is traded for Russell's dubious enterprise - for at least 3 weeks!

I would encourage Russell's followers to pay attention to reviews and target this
one to go viral. Wake up and take your talents to platforms/traders where you will actually make money before the Rapture!

Rather, take full pride of ownership in a thriving niche business model that appeals to young adults who will gleefully chase windmills for their master Russell. Bravo!

I've been with 20min trader since Jeremy's OG strategy; early options years ago. I've gone through options, forex, and futures, and I can tell you from experience, not only is this a solid working strategy, but the customer service, the genuine desire for his students to succeed, and the amount of resources available to students is astonishing! And this critique extends into everyone on the 20 min trader team. I can't say good enough things about the experience, and of all the options out there to learn the stock market, not that this will teach you everything to learn about the stock market (because that's impossible), but I couldn't imagine recommending another platform, than 20 Min Trader.

The program, insights and care are beyond my expectations. The entire team at 20 Minute Trader has one goal that is primary, supply the program, tools, support and mindset to make everyone willing to be taught a successful day trader. I cannot say enough about the staff and leadership. Thank you to everyone on the team that is helping us to reach our goal.

Jeremy Russell HAS NO HONOR!! After seeing Jeremy's short infomercial last week, I have been looking forward to participating in his live online web class, which turned out to be a two-hour sales pitch. This ended up being ok with me because I was actually interested in the system and buying the product and services that Jeremy was selling, as I felt he had some valuable trading knowledge in futures, and I knew I was getting a Free gift at the end that I was really excited about receiving. I also thought that he offered a good price for the value of everything he was offering, and I could easily afford the asking price. I wanted to take this seriously and be one of his best students with a great success story, as I was going to be working with 97k to trade with, so I thought that I would have been a good success story for him, as far as earnings go. Unfortunately, I will now have to look for another trading mentor, and I will tell you why. Jeremy is not a man of his word! You see, before the web class, he offers to give you a free gift if you stay till the end of the presentation. Then, when people start complaining about how long the presentation and sales pitch are, he reassures everyone to hang on to receive their awesome Free gift at the end. The gift, by the way, is that you get FREE 30-day access to their SPY Pattern Course, and I feel that would have been a good exchange. The problem is that you never really receive the gift because in order to get it, you have to give Jeremy your credit card number and sign up for a $197 month auto pay membership. He does give you the first 30 days for free, but still, when you tell somebody something is free, it doesn't mean you have to be on the hook financially for something else, especially when your promise was that the agreement was that you exchange your time over 2 hours watching his presentation to the end in exchange for the FREE 30-day access to the SPY Pattern Course. Jeremy, I was ready to buy everything you had to sell yesterday, and I mean the full boat of the highest levels and you would have made so much money off of me on just monthly payments alone, but when I saw you break agreements with me and 50 other people that were there, I knew that you could not be trusted and that you were a Liar. I really think this was a poor decision on your part and an intentional illegal, Unfair Business Practice that I WILL BE LOOKING INTO. You also said that you care about people and that you want to help them, so why do you stoop to this level, Jeremy? Your actions do not match your words. If I did business like this, I would feel like a scumbag and not be able to look at myself in the mirror. You seem like a nice, intelligent person, and your program looks promising, but when you cheat people, eventually it will catch up to you, and your business will start to fail, and your reputation will begin to precede you. I thought you might be a hero until we got to the end of the presentation and saw what you were really all about. I was so disappointed in you, as I really wanted to work with you and be a part of the team there. Understand that I will not work with any persons or organizations that are unethical. Please rise to the occasion and conduct yourself and your actions as a professional, and don't prey on others with a bait and switch tactic that you don't need to do, and like I said, it is considered an Unfair Business Practice if you don't believe me, ask your attorney. As for me, I will be seeking a remedy for the broken commitment and agreement that was promised regarding the free SPY Pattern Course that was never given to me. Jeremy, you did not fulfill your agreement with me. My review has been 100% honest, so don't bother responding with lies. My review regarding this experience will extend to other forums beyond this one to protect others, but I'm waiting patiently first to see if you do the right thing and regain some HONOR, Jeremy. You have not been a man of your word; so far, you break promises, you don't keep commitments, you have been dishonest, you have a questionable character, and your ethics are not in order. How do you expect people to trust you and move forward to purchase your program and become a monthly member when you don't even honor your original commitment? Let's see if you can take personal responsibility for the issue you have created with me, because right now I have lost any and all respect for you!!!

Before I even attended the free "class", I received a text at 10:10 PM, which woke my wife up, and then I received another text about the "class" at 5:30 AM, which woke me up. Seriously people? Desperate much or just out of touch?

After reading about the recurring theme of continuous billing after cancellation, pushy upselling, lies, and exaggerations that sound like bait-and-switch tactics, I have decided to block their number and move on. Everyone loves free money, but they're not getting mine.

This is the real deal . If you want to learn how to trade daily 20 minute trader will do that . The knowledge you learn will benefit you in your trading journey, the the gold pattern is a predictable pattern to follow .

I really loved this program, even recommended it to friends and families. I paid $2k upfront for the Gold Pattern Lessons and had access to their Discord support. I 100% agree to all the 5-star reviews here about how good the group is and their support.

The real deal breaker comes after 6 months of signing up. It will require you to a monthly subscription of $197/mo, to which I declined since I am still learning and have not been earning anything from trading yet. I lost all access to their support but the surprising thing was I also lost access to the Gold Pattern Lessons, which I paid $2k for! I would have wanted to keep on learning by rewatching the videos hoping to finally earn money from trading. But it is no longer possible. I reached out to the team and this is the response I received: "All the accesses, including the training content, are granted by the paid subscription. All the terms and conditions were specified in the NDA you signed to start the program! - Ximena Rusinque, 20-Minute Trader Team." And yes, that's with exclamation point. It was like day and night treatment now that I decided I cannot pay $197/mo.

This was never mentioned to us though after signing up, despite the several Q&A's and daily Discord communication. When they market this to you, you are made to believe you will atleast get to keep the lessons online. People learn differently especially if you have other priorities in life. We could've atleast been warned of losing content after 6mos if you won't pay $197/mo after.

So unless you are confident you'll be a successful trader in 6 months time or you have $197/mo to pay for monthly subscriptions, sad to say I no longer recommend this group. Really disappointing since I consider them my trading family for 6 months.

I joined 20-Minute Trader hoping to build consistency and pass a combine quickly, but the experience has been incredibly disappointing.

The strategy they teach is nothing more than scalping, with a win rate that barely hovers around 50/50. To make matters worse, they constantly change their system, leaving students stuck relearning new approaches every few weeks. This creates confusion rather than building confidence.

When trades inevitably don’t go well (which happens often), the mentors bend over backwards to blame students for not “executing the strategy correctly” instead of acknowledging flaws in the system itself.

The program requires a steep upfront cost, followed by a $200/month membership fee. Once you stop paying, all access is revoked—even to the basic training videos you paid thousands of dollars for upfront. Many students spend over 6 months trying to pass a single combine, and from what I’ve seen, the success rate is likely under 10%.

They also spend an excessive amount of time on mindset, journaling, and rules—plus tolerating students flooding the chat with ChatGPT articles—which does little to actually improve results or the program’s effectiveness.

Another red flag: they frequently ask students to leave positive reviews on Trustpilot, sometimes even while those same students are still struggling. This creates a very misleading picture of the program’s success.

The founder, Jeremy, often mentions some “game-changing” app or widget he’s investing heavily in, but it never seems to materialize. Frankly, it feels like he relies more on membership fees than trading profits to sustain himself.

Overall, this program feels like a cash grab. I would not recommend it to anyone serious about building a trading career.

EDIT FOR THE RESPONSE: Their response is a LIE. No communication happened from their end. When I paid for the course "I was buying the course" and getting 6-month free mentorship which had monthly subscription to continue. When I stopped paying access to course and mentorship both were removed. Further they are putting fake responses to show they have "satisfied" the customer somehow which is not the reality. Whoever they are talking about in their response getting additional 30-days is not me and if that guy could not pass a combine in 6 months another 30 days are not going to do much with a weak strategy but good luck!

Upsell of more expensive products. Cancelled immediately, submitted the form 5 times. And they continue to charge me. I have filed a fraud report and must cancel my credit card to stop the charges. Completely non-responsive to emails and texts.

Although there is a response from the company stating that I have been refunded, I have not. The charge is still showing on my account.

I'm new to trading. I invested in Jeremy's Gold Pattern because it was an accessible way to learn to trade with other peoples money and I couldn't deny the amazing support staff. The entire team genuinely wants their participants to be successful. With their attentiveness to every question and comment to the myriad ways of back testing and innovating helpful tools to make entries more effective- I'm so glad to be a part of 20 Minute Trader. With so much help and training, it's only a matter of time for me to perfect the skill. I joined March 2025 (2 months ago) and I'm seeing improvements in my skills already. I feel confident I will master this pattern and be successful in providing a consistent income.

I’ve been in the program for a few months. Im still learning, but I believe this strategy is starting to work for me. The mentors who guide you along the way are friendly, knowledgable, and always willing to give you strategy advice. This program is well worth the investment.
