Joined won 40 pounds, Decided would be a good time to see how the withdrawal process works. So glad I did its just not worth the hassle I sent off ID that was been accepted on others sites no problem. Tonight I sent off even more. This is what tickles me. Joining and taking the money happens within minutes, A miserably slow experience in getting a smallish sum out
says so much about a company. I'm just glad it wasn't a larger amount once they do release the money wont be staying with them.

Deposited £1400 ish went to withdraw £2800 now i get asked to verify my account send bank statement driving license they say it can take 48 hours don't hear from them after 48 hours. Ended up depositing again another £2400 they never emailed me back i had to contact them through live chat 1st told it would n't be long then told my documents were insufficient and blurry and asking for stuff like income tax bills and so on .In frustration lost the £2800 and it was n't even a thank you Have other accounts verified on other sites no problem. Found the whole experience dis-tasteful with them and still never received any email never mind money

Rubbish customer service, takes weeks to sort out any issues. After using this site for a few weeks I was really enjoying it and recommended to a couple of friends. However the site is laggy and customer service is poor. I'll be going back to sky vegas

I thought sky Vegas was bad this is extortionate I literally after hundreds of deposits have never had one withdrawel and the bonuses are just incredibly bad unless you work or review them on YouTube ;) I had a bonus recently and won under my actual bet and most I have won on bonus is 4x my bet, they even gave me a bonus for losing so much with no wins and guess what.......Never won a penny with that either I only stayed to chase my loss so writing this to urge people not to do what I did, I have never come across such a shocking site and recommend people stay well clear you are just paying their wages at the end of the day to rip you off. I have had a pleasant experience to date, I deposited my first £10 and over a course of 2 days managed to withdraw over £2000. mostly earnt playing bruce lee but this has since been removed which is a shame as it is one of the better slots.
