I was already quite happy with the shop, but they impreseed me even more bij answering my claim by replacing my eleven months old sheos (sole let go a bit) by a new pair with in 2 days. No strange questions asked. I only had to send them a few photo's and my old shoes afterwards. Greate shop.

Got 2 pair of shoes for my birthday, shipping was 14 days!
Had to return both pair and although the return process feels a bit outdated (printing forms etc.), 2 new pair arrived within 3 weeks of return shipping. Overall very satisfied with the products, but shipping could be faster.

The bad reviews scared me at first, but I gave it a try and I had a very nice surprise to receive my shoes from Germany to Romania in just 4 days (no express shipping paid). I ordered them on Sunday evening, on Monday the ordered was shipped and on Thursday morning I was already testing my new shoes.
Great service, I will definitely come back again!

Ordered a pair of shoes. Received them after 3 working days. Even changing the order from bank transfer to credit card payment went smooth. Since I didn't have to return or other wise return my order, I haven't experienced any of the problems described by others.

I ordered 2 pairs of running shoes and when I informed on the delivery date, they answered me they got a very large order just before my order, so they wouldn't be able to deliver on time.
10 days later: same story: delivery will be postponed.
11 days later: shoes are delivered.
So with a little patience, all is well, but the communication could be better.

I ordered Asics Nimbus 16 , they arrived in 2 days in Belgium . I was skeptical because they don't respond to e-mail or phone , turned out everything to be fine . I recommend the website

Oredered a pair of running shoes from this company at 26.4. It took them 3 weeks and 3 days to deliver it, that's 16 business days, which in today's market is an unacceptable long time. Either they need to hire more employees or work out their distribution in a better way.

When i emailed them for the matter after 2 weeks since they received my payment, asking what's the hold up, they answered 3 days later that "Thank you for your order. Your parcel left our logistic center." No explanation on why does it take so long or no apologies.

I wont be ordering again, paying 10-15€ more on a different company and getting the products weeks earlier is worth it.

21run is the cheapest place that I found to buy running shoes, even when comparing to physical stores and considering the delivery cost.

Delivery service was perfect. Ordered my shoes on Monday evening and by Thursday afternoon I had it delivered.

Website is very easy to find stuff and checkout process is very simple and straightforward.

Had a small concern before I placed my order, due to some of the reviews that I had read before, but to be honest I was very positively surprise with the whole service from 21Run.

As from now, will always buy my running shoes from them.

Great price for premium running gear, however slightly longer delivery times than with other web-shops (total 9 working days). Packing: shoebox sealed with straps, no other (protective) packing materials whatsoever. Still goods arrived in perfect condition, so no complaints. Would certainly consider to purchase again.

I order all my running gear on this website since a few years and have never been disappointed. I have never waited more than 3 days to receive my goods. Again last week, I ordered a pair of Asic Kayano on Monday and received them on Wednesday. I would certainly recommend this online shop to other people .

21run.com quickly replied to my questions about the delay, and, after having to wait for a week, the product was delivered in good order.

In conclusion, they should have updated the expected delivery time as soon as I ordered the product, and it could have been delivered a bit sooner, but, in all, my experience with 21run.com was just fine.

But hey, a little waiting time for those ridiculously low prices is no problem!

Ordered my shoes around 4.00 pm in the discount and received the package the next day at 10.00 am.

So for me a perfect order and I would recommend this site to my friends.

I ordered some running gear at the end of August, but they were unable to ship it out. Their customer service phone line was inaccessible. I got a feeling that all they have is robo answering machine that plays the same message even in the middle of the night. I actually tried it after their working hours near midnight and got the same message that all operators are busy. That was really illogical!

Their answering of e-mails was also poor. When I asked about delivery, I got an answer to 1 out of 2 e-mails. With big delay, of course.

My initial request for a refund was left unnoticed. After waiting for a week, I resent it and also faxed a letter to them. Thankfully, they replied and returned my money (I wonder what reached them. Was it e-mail or fax?). It was truly a stressful event and, at one point, I started to wonder if I will ever get my.

Time from my purchase till my money returned back to me - slightly above 3 weeks.

This shop has definitely not worked for me. I will never return or recommend it to anyone
