I am happy with my product however, I did expect it to be Perspex and not paper slipped in between a leaflet holder so a bit disappointed in that. Nevertheless, it works and does what I need it to.

Great product - greater customer service
Product I purchased was a good concept, quite cool and useful for business.
Ordered the product which came but was damaged, but still worked. I emailed Will some photos and an explanation. Most likely was the courier that damaged this but could do with a bit more wrapping to protect or even sent in an envelope? That way it won’t go with all the big parcels (like bank cards).
Will replied very quickly, over apologetic and sending a whole new product out. He then followed up to confirm it had been dispatched.
I don’t judge a business on the mistakes they make, but how they handle and resolve them. I haven’t experienced customer service like this for many years or possibly ever.
