It has been now 4 days and they have unlocked my account for withdrawal but everytime I take a withdrawal (through Jazzcash- Pakistani E-Wallet) they are rejecting it. From my own point of view, I will say it's satisfactory, reason is because when it comes to cash out, there's no delay at all, unless you haven't met the requirements, and also the customer service response is fair enough too. But why can't give a 5star is because from the beginning when I registered on this platform in 2023, I was highly encouraged in the area of winning, mostly april last year. Is there any negative stars, I will prefer to give that. I am using this app Since April-2020 to till date and their payment partner has taken almost 60K in a single year that is still pending to credit in my betting account and this app is completely pathetic with the customer service, zero control on their payment partner and if you deposit the funds, the transaction is successful with the payment partner, you still provide the official bank statements but it is not credited in the betting account then they just have a single answer that the transaction was unsuccessful only. You got tired of giving the proof but they are not going to help you and just one reply that is your transaction was unsuccessful. Most pathetic app ever.

I deposited INR 7,999.97 into an agent’s account after cross-checking the agent’s details with the information provided on the 22Bet payment page. The transaction was successful; however, even after 15 days, the amount has not been credited to my 22Bet account.When I contacted their live chat support, I was informed that the agent’s account to which I transferred the money does not belong to them. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot of the account details at the time of transfer. However, 3–4 days ago, while checking different account details on the 22Bet payment page, I again found the same person’s name and the same bank account details as the one I had transferred the amount to.If the account truly does not belong to 22Bet, how is it possible that the same name and bank details are still listed on their payment page? This cannot be a mere coincidence.
