excellent company and products

would recommend to any one customer services always 100% helpful and respond straight away. my blinds were lovely. i ordered the exact measurement and i got exactly what i ordered.100% efficent.
My one section i wasnt happy with was the courier service i believe 24/7 should get a different courier service as the one they used damaged my rails when i contacted 24/7 blinds they were brilliant and replaced my rails without any compromise to quality and no extra charge they were brilliant.

idiots i ordered an 83cm custom made blind it arrived at only 82cm long refund or repalacment refused

i ordered a custom made blind and blinds 24/7 sent the wrong size and then refused to refund or replace the blind i was basically told to go stuff my self by customer services. I am now stuck with a custom made blind which is too small for my window as the company refuses to refund or replace there mistake. I ordered an 83cm by 100cm blind and was sent an 82 by 100cm blind. I contacted blinds 24/7 customer services who at first hung up on me after ringing back i was told they shorten all blinds and this was mentioned in the measuring guide i informed the assistant that i never read how to measure as i already know how to measure things as i had learned this in school so i measured my window bought the size needed 83cm by 100cm and sent off the order at no point when ordering i was informed that the blind would come shorter. When the blind arrived it was 1 cm short 82cm by 100cm i contacted blinds 24/7 a customer service agent refused to help me and told me if i want and 83cm blind i would have to reorder and pay again i was told they would not refund or replace the wrong size sent
