Pure scam artists.
Preyed on my elderly parents and sounded completely plausible. Thankfully, my mother’s bank flagged them as suspect. Checked with the building manager: fabricated bill for fictitious work.
Definitely scam site do not go near them . As others have said they tell u they will be there 30-90 mins don’t appear then kept getting different times.they said they we’re taking £200 out my account call out charge which we thought was because it was weekend . Because they were never turning up I phoned bank to see if they could pull it back to be told it was £400 they had took . Called them up & they said the other £200 was for the job . Told them I wanted a refund as they hadn’t held up their end of it & he asked for 1 more chance to get it sorted . Oh a plumber did come out in the Monday morning and got my gas back on but was back on the Wednesday wanting paid or he was going to cut my gas back off as they hadn’t paid him & he couldn’t get a hold of them . DO Not go near this company
This is a SCAM site. Do not lose your £400. They fob you off with a plumber coming in 30-90 mins. Then they fob you off they are coming soon Sir, then say another hour definately. Over 13 hours later...NOTHING. I am reporting this as a FRAD Service to my credit card company and FRaud autrhorities. They are NOT LEGIT, DO NOT USE.
The company charged elderly lady £400 for emergency plumber to fix the leak. The company found local plumber 4am in the morning, didn’t inform plumber, that they are not the home owner, on the finishing the job plumber was asked who is going to pay £120+ vat. The elderly was shocked, that she already paid £400. Plumber tried to call and ask for payment but all calls have been ignored.

Came to address didn’t have a clue how to fix problem so not qualified!! Stayed max of 10mins left then took 400 out of her account and refused to speak to anyone the man on the phone is a total conman trading standards advised
Scam of a company. Charged us double what the plumber they sent would have charged us. Then had the cheek to say we hadn't paid (we did over the phone before the plumber was even sent) and tried sending debt collectors to make us pay again. Avoid at all cost and find somewhere else
