247 provides an excellent service. All aspects of the service are managed well and in particular support for repairs and maintenance is very good and I know I can rely on 247 to deal with issues quickly and efficiently as I am often not available.

The service and knowledge of the staff was second to none. At first was a little hesitant to use a small / online company but can honestly say was proven wrong, we received a first class professional service with a great depth of local knowledge and sound pricing advice.

Worse than useless!
The service we received from 247 was appalling! Nothing got done without chasing it multiple times. In the end, we sacked the agent & managed the property ourselves as it was easier, cheaper & less frustrating to cut out the middle man & resolve any issues directly with the tenants & the required workmen.

They keep me well informed on what is happening and always happy to help with any problems that might arise.
