The work is OK. But the invoicing is not transparent. The prices for material were higher than the market. I asked for clarification, it took over a week for them to reply, after an email and phone call. But at the end they gave a deduction.

I requested 1 electrician but 2 were…
I requested 1 electrician but 2 were sent without consulting with me. The same job was done by 1 electrician for less than 45 minutes and yet two electricians came and spent two hours for the same task. Causing me to pay triple for the task and so I am highly dissappointed with the service

We understand the situation may have felt incomplete when the issue could not be resolved during the visit. However, based on the site inspection, the work had to be suspended due to identified safety risks and conditions that did not meet requirements for safe and compliant installation.
A detailed report and follow-up information were provided after the visit. Further work would require the necessary conditions at the site to be addressed first.
