Fast and friendly service. Great communication. Would use again. The glass we particularly wanted was more pricey than Mark first thought, but he was very honest and straightforward in his quoting and encouraged us to seek further quotes for comparison. We wanted two broken windows replaced quickly and Mark and Chris got the job done for us within a couple of days of us contacting Mark. Good going considering we phoned on a Sunday. He inspected the requirements, diagnosed the issues with my double glazed windows immediately, and fixed them the very next working day because he has all the supplies in stock. He knows his field, doesn't over-charge, and offers a very professional, swift and friendly service.

Very communicative and fair on price. My windows were c.20 years old and in a tired condition but the guys sorted them out and now they’re fully sealed and good as new. Did the job very quickly and were extremely thoughtful and respectful throughout. Highly recommend and I’m happy with the service.

Mark was an absolute lifesaver. My very large metal tilt & pivot window broke just two days before Christmas and turned out to be a much bigger job than expected — the entire mechanism had gone.
Mark came out the same day I contacted him to inspect the issue and, importantly, made the window safe so there was no risk of it blowing out four floors to the ground. A couple of days later the window was fully fixed at a very reasonable, fixed price — everything was clearly explained and there were no surprises.
This was a tough job and Mark really knows his windows. After speaking to several other companies, the difference was night and day. Don’t waste your time phoning around other companies — just book Mark.
