Been using 24hr Pharmacy for my Jabs and have been excellent service so far, fast postage and excellent customer experience overall.

Although they not good at all at answering messages the item was delivered on time so that was the main thing so happy but need to answer messages or the phone

I’ve used the services and I’ve had 5 star experience. It’s easy to use and the staff is really helpful. The price of the product is also for realistic compared to other providers.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. I dealt with Sehar who took the time to call me personally after I ordered medication and went through everything thoroughly with me with both knowledge and care. She went through all of the questions I had and made sure I understood the exact process for my whole treatment plan. The aftercare is also amazing as I've been sent an ebook with a guide to support throughout the treatment plan. Your health is your wealth and I really couldn't recommend dealing with this company enough.

1 to 1 experience is amazing, make you feel like you matter and give excellent explanations about everything and every medicine, very clear and accurate.
Prices are very reasonable and delivered very fast with temperature controlled items too. Easy to use website that allows for reordering of items and allows easy tracking of progress on it too.

Used for weight loss jabs. Excellent service, filled out online form, had a telephone consultation which was very thorough and I was able to have all my questions answered fully. Delivery was fast and well packaged and included all the information I needed. Would highly recommend.

1st class experience. Excellent patient care provided. From day 1 which was in 2024, I have always received a consultation phone call prior to despatch discussing my health, wellbeing & medical circumstances. This has always made me feel that I am being looked after rather than most websites out there which are simply transaction led. My order is always discussed to ensure I have ordered the most appropriate dose and I am not just given whatever I ask for. Orders are always despatched recorded delivery and with everything needed included. An email address is provided and any questions I’ve had have always been responded to promptly.

I placed an order with 24hour pharmacy when I was in great need of antibiotics. The entire process was smooth and quick - exactly what's required when you are ill. My order was accepted and processed in good time and I received my order post haste. This worked perfectly for me as I was unable to get a doctors appointment and wasn't able to sit for hours in A&E to be seen with a young family. Will certainly be ordering again, thank you.

I require specific eyedrops for my tired and strained eyes (Hycosan eye drops), which 24hrpharmacy added the product after I reached out – incredibly friendly and responsive service. For a start-up, they are impressively proactive and professional.
Best of all I could choose how quick I needed my items with a courier I could rely on, unlike some others.

I’m excited to see how they grow and expect great things from them in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with with 24 hour pharmacy, i got 10% off my first order and everything came very quickly, the staff were really helpful and understanding. The only reason why i havent reordered through 24 hour pharmacy is i can get the order cheaper elsewhere or a bigger discount, if there was more options i would 100% stay with 24 hour pharmacy

The website was really easy to use and I was impressed with the fast delivery. I wasn't feeling well enough to leave my house so being able to order online and have medicine delivered to my door was a game changer.
