U sent me the wrong rechargeable solar power banks.
I ordered the ones with 3 charging ingredients cables and a winding crank to manually charge and got 2 plain power banks that are not what I ordered

no customer service except email and then they cant find where you ordered with your email. will never use or recommend again

I ordered the fruit fly trap approximately 3 months ago in the summer when we had a problem with them .
It is now autumn. The small bottle arrive today. I did expect more than one bottle as shown in the advert. I can't review the product as it arrived to late but I am far from happy with the company

Bad experience, wrong size poor fit jeans- advertised via fb . Avoid at all costs,I tried to return item , they did reply to me but offered £2 then £5 max said too costly to return, pressure me to accept. I guess most people give up and ghats how they make the money for cheap goods. They are conmen . Don't waste time or money on them.

Absolutely atrocious quality from both the fabric and the cut, zero contact returned from my email complaints. Will never buy off Facebook again, too many scams with no chance of a refund.

This site takes your money and disappears without providing what you paid for. Avoid it at all costs.

Absolute con, scammers at work. Will not refund for faulty items or misrepresentation of goods. Poor quality and cheap materials. Will offer you £5, £7 then £11 to keep the defective, cheap poorly made goods but won't refund or send a returns address....AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I ordered a blind date with a book, with what should be a book with goodies, but all I got was the bits to make it up. No book, no face mask. What a total rip off!!

I have to say, when my item didn’t arrive, I started to worry , then checked the company out, saw the poor reviews. I wrote to them and said I hadn’t received the item. They got in touch straight away. They were in transit, I think they came from America, was stuck in customs for a while. Finally, arrived. Absolutely thrilled with the item and quality. I gave 4/5 and not 5 because of the length of time.

These crooks sold me a 3xl Hulk T-shirt. I am 6'5" tall and the shirt they sent me would barely fit my 10 year old grandson! When I called them on it, Here's what they said about the size:
"upon inspection by our warehouse, the item dispatched to you aligns with your original order."
This means that these guys are foreign and of an origin of very short people! Plus, they are crooks!

Finally got the long sweatshirt I ordered after a month. I ordered a large but truly believe it is a small. The only number inside of it is a 4. Way too small for me. I like it but I think they sent the wrong size.

i bought this as skin so soft 32oz bottle and what came in the mail 3.4 oz bottle of skin bath oil.
This is false advertising. What the hell? how can i get my money back?

I ordered item and it took for ever, finally got it and it WAS NOT EVEN close to description. Have tried for 2 days to get it returned and the slip said support 24 hours does not even work, so i now lost my money will be gifting product to women shelter.

This was a total scam! I purchased online from an ad on Instagram. The seeds came from China. I planted them in June not one came up!! Barbara Bailey

Several months ago I ordered the 64oz insulated steel drinking flask with camouflage pouch after seeing advertisement on Facebook. Multiple emails on the tracking order didn’t really help. Today the carrying pouch turned up, but no flask! Obviously they can claim item delivered as flagged by courier, but the main part of the order is missing! This firm is definitely a con!!!

Do not buy from this company. I received two plugs which got hot within two minutes of plugging them in the wall socket.

They started to charge my device but stopped working immediately

I wrote to the company who wanted a video of the hot plugs not working. (Huh?) I sent photos of the plugs in my possession and requested a full refund. I was asked whether a £2 refund would be acceptable. (Huh?) NO! a £2 refund is an insult.

They wrote back and told me they could not give a refund without the goods, and it would be too costly for me to return them

Bought 3 of the light up letters for presents and everyone has got something wrong with it. All have sharp dangerous pieces on them, also have chunks missing on them

I ordered a shirt that was said to be made in Texas. It had crosses and lambs on it. It was large but it was too little. I can tell now that no money is going to be refunded. I hated to be scamed. It seem to be a Christian shirt.. Why is nothing done about these places???

Nope! I I received a random package from a person with XXL religious flag material blouse. Very weird. The only reason I knew it was from this service was a badly printed note with their email.
Had ordered a suicide awareness T-shirt. I will chalk it up to a donation and leave it at that. What a joke.
