Bought some heat socks came with no charger and no instructions, when I asked about this they wanted me to talk to a tech and charge $66 (USA ) a month for the problem caused by them.
They know socks are useless without the charger therefore I think this site is a scam and waste of time.

I ordered the 5kg dumbbell bracelets. I thought I'd order 4. They arrived after a few weeks and weighed 70g total.
When I complained I was offered little to no compensation and was sent emails that were very petty. The main website has since disappeared.

This is a response after I chased to hem after they ignored my email for two weeks.

Hope you can accept the goods and accept compensation.
The freight for returning the goods is too expensive.
This will cost you a lot of money and time.
You can keep the goods after receiving the compensation.
Please advise

Absolute scam and a mockery of any and every trading standard. I'm lucky it was only £20 I've lost, please don't buy anything from these lowlifes.

Ordered wire cutting head for strimmer. Total waste of time doesn't fit anything. The company Gurosa.co.uk has disappeared so can't contact them, this support card is pointless. Do not buy these as you will waste your money. Seller appeared to come from America. Arrived weeks after ordering

I ordered a flashlight from Facebook to push to be $160,000 lumas what laser capability you send me 99 movement flashlight for $48 so I'm going to put a fraud sign on that advertisement for this big flashlight survival wish I could take a picture and send it to you

The company didn’t show up when I contacted them. The magnetic, metal closures were neither. Would be no good for any things they claimed would work. Very dissatisfied. A total rip off. They might work on a potato chip bag, but little use for pocketbook or any other product. Total loss.

I started to order this product and never finished because I read the reviews.

They ran my card, you ask how did they run your card if you didn't give it to them? Well, this morning I was buying the medication on fb for your dogs eyes. When I got to check out, I noticed that I could use another key word for an extra discount and when I went back into the sight, it had already charged my card before I had a chance to put it in. I think that I figured out how they do it. Yesterday, thinking about purchasing something from another sight and all of my cards that I'd used in the past popped up. So, they have access to all of the cards that we use to purchase online. I'm going to have to go to the bank and see if they can help me to delete all cards after using. If anyone knows how to do this, I would appreciate your advice.

False advertisement the garment bag has no opening for hanging up the coats that I want to store away in the closet.

Wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering but from the facebook ad it was not advertised with this company name. My goods eventually arrived but don't fit so requested a refund and was told I had to cover shipping back to China so would be expensive they offered me £2 refund to keep the goods, I said no so they offered me £4, I said no offer a reasonable amount or send me the shipping details to return so they then offered £6 as a final offer and said they could offer no more which is an insult as there are 3 items that cost a lot more than this, I have again asked for details of how to return for a refund and now they are ignoring me! Would never order anything from them again, poor quality goods and no means to return & refund.

This company is a total Scam! I got in touch with them bc I was allergic to their products and wanted to return them for a full refund. They offered me 4 DOLLARS for Compensation! They said it was too expensive to mail them back because it came from China and they would compensate me now seven dollars and then $13 max. The product was $40. Never Order from this company. Always read the reviews before ordering from these foreign scammers.

The bras I purchased are absolutely useless no support ,flimsy material cheap made put these bras on and fell straight out of the bra total rip off £26.85 never have I ever bought such rubbish off FB no quality control what so ever next time I see these advertised I will let every customer know

This site is a total ripoff. Their entire purpose is to rope you into paying some bogus "Membership Fee" of $40.00 so that you can contact the organization - which clearly wants to hide behind this firewall provided to them by 24hservice - from which you originally purchased the device from.
I only wanted the user documentation for the device, but noooo.... I had to go through this monumental waste of time contacting PayPal to dispute the $40 charge I foolishly paid.
Bottom Line: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

They say it arrived but didn't and told me it went missing in logistics and they'll send a new one asap., still waiting and just sent another email and don't give me the same reply and want to talk to a person. I've given them plenty of time to make up for it... patients are running low. Can't find the website where order was placed

I ordered JEWELRY CLEANER as advertized on the instagram. The demonstration was totally misleading. The product does not work...the pumps do not work nor does the liquid clean the jewelry. The only access to these people is the website they have provided. I would like to return the product and get an immediate total reimbursment. Please help me out how to proceed! I will never order anything from a Facebook advert again. Twice I have had orders that have arrived and I have had phone calls from the couriers after 8pm to say they cannot deliver because the address was closed. It was an office. The second courier couldn't even speak English!! I told them to deliver in office hours but that never happened. I emailed them and gave them another address but that didn't work.

I ordered special photo copy paper to be able to print tshirts. All I got was ordinary paper. Shame on the companies that take our money & don’t send the product

If I could put zero stars i would! Absolutely shocking. I brought a planner from a tiktok advert, and all looked legit 😳 even using the actual creators videos so really difficult to detect!! 4 weeks and still no delivery! When I email them they reply telling me to be patient as it's on its way, they have been saying that for 3 weeks, they ignore my refund requests 😑 DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SOCIAL MEDIA VIDEOS!!
