Great service
I've had some problems after installation of office. De software wasnt able to start.
Ik called support and was helped perfectly.
With help of the support (Ferdinand) a missing file was installed, the license activated and the software works perfect now.
He clearly knows how to solve these kind of software installation problems.

Great after sales support
I was attempting to load up office 16 Pro onto my windows 7 machine. It appeared I needed to download something else to enable the file to be read.
Having made contact via chat and using screen sharing, the issues was resolved and the software was installed whilst still in ‘chat’.
