I tried to buy some parts for my Honda…
I tried to buy some parts for my Honda XR650R. I used the sites model advisor to chose the the parts. This so I was sure that the fit on my bike. In short the delivered parts vas all wrong and would fit a Honda XR650L. Please correct the error in the site.

Packaging in poor state. Was a miracle that the products were not damaged inside. Good product quality despite the packaging issue.

Stickerset does not really fit.
Delivery took a little while, most was perfectly fine, but custom stickerset did not fit the bike (DRZ 400).
Cuts in number plates for side panels are in the wrong place, does not even come close to fitting, 50 euros thrown away. Rest was fine.

Indirect dispatch for various warehouses in Europe slows big orders unreasonably down.
Delivery times per product are not respected. No notification when an item is not deliverable on time. And the whole order is not dispatched because of one item....
I had to wait 4 weeks for a very normal tire that was supposed to be on stock. So I had to buy another tire at a local company to be able to ride at enduro event.
No compensation offered, they don't care about the difficulties they create.
The tire was even cheaper at the local dealer....I've learned my lesson.

We hebben inderdaad een probleem gehad met de levering van banden midden februari. Een bestelling bij onze leverancier had een grote vertraging opgelopen en enkele bandenmaten waren helaas uitverkocht in deze periode. We verontschuldigen ons voor dit ongemak. De collega had begin maart nog een kortingscode gestuurd voor een eventuele nieuwe bestelling (al is dat hier niet van toepassing helaas).
In uw mail liet u weten net heel dringend deze ene band nodig te hebben, daarom hebben we het order niet de eerste keer gesplitst. Omdat de levertijd van de band niet zou veranderen hierdoor.
We verontschuldigen ons voor het ongemak.
