Product return problem

This time everything was okay, but I had really bad experience almost 3 years ago in October/November 2023.
I had returned merchandise as I have consulted them by email. After the product was returned nobody contacted me afterwards nor have I received compensation or anything.
I lost over 100€ on that order, sadly I did not have the time or energy to deal with it anymore. But having seen this email with an option to review my experience with you I did not have an option other to write what had happened. I was quite devastated since I have regularly ordered from them. I do hope that someone will contact me and hopefully make things right.

First helmet…

It was my first helmet and i did not know what i was buying,but it turned out so well. Helmet fits perfect and price was awesome. I really aprieciate the product.
