Ordered an item on the 15/12/25 as a present for my son. Expected delivery was 23/12.I understand busy periods but no communication from the company, impossible to get help or any answers. still not delivered 3 weeks later, no updates on tracking provided. customer service is no existent ,filled in 5 request forms and not a single reply.no phones.i would be careful ordering expensive items as you may not see them or your money back.courier is refusing to deal with me as I am not a sender,was told its up to a sender to initiate investigation but nobody in 24mx to talk to.such a disappointing experience. would never be back.

It's the second time I have been sent…
It's the second time I have been sent the wrong item from this company, I ordered an aluminium framed tent to reduce the weight as I'm getting on in the years, the same thing was sent again was a steel one. Customer service is non-existent I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are not to be trusted on sending the correct item that was paid for.

It still has not been delivered
It still has not been delivered. It was ordered on the 3rd December. Today is 24th December and no sign of it yet. According to the tracking, it has been with GLS in Ireland since 14th December.
