WARNING!

I was going through the reviews and I found myself there. I had the same experience as everyone else who is commenting in this site.
I am a broker myself, I was just looking for a perfect company to invest my money, I even knew the account manager who assisted me, I asked them to let me do the trading on my own and they told me it would be risky because the system they use works according to the signals and their money making scenario. I made to withdrawal 3000 USD from 11000 USD Total Balance that I had but after that when i tried to log in to my account My account was deleted. the reason why I can withdrawal money is because my bank account is connected directly to the FCA but this time all i could do is get the 3K before my account was deleted. NOW I am trading on BTC with a UK Company licensed by FCA and PIPSEC, they seem to be professional but the profit you can make on easy trades is only 12% so if you are looking to invest less than 5000 USD you will just waste your time. I invested 2000 USD the first month I was able to make only 170 USD. If you have any questions regarding this company you can e-mail me at b.boyce @ alphacapital.fm

The worst service!

The worst service!
they took 50 of the 250 of deposit when ,after 5 days, I decided to leave.
First, they called me every day, several times a day, to convince me to leave the deposit. they told me that I could take it back when I wanted to.
the much-vaunted formation does not exist. call for 5 minutes explaining things you find on the site

This is not directly connected with…

This is not directly connected with 24option but it is needed to be said. If someone like Annika Nilson offers you some sort of free strategy for binary option - don't believe her. It is a very well organized scheme. How it is done?
She'll open email, Perfect Money and 24option accounts on your name for trading. You'll have no control over this as according to her you can’t trade. She’ll show you results and you’ll think this is working. But when comes time to withdrawal you won’t get a single dollar. She’ll get all money on who knows who's Perfect Money account and soon on her bank account and you are totally helpless. Just don’t do it.

Very Tricky

Not reliable platform, the process to open the account is very difficult and not friendly. They said in the application that they do not charge for transferring money into my account and they charge me 45 pounds.
Not recommended.

Sign up process takes minutes

Sign up process takes minutes. And minutes it takes to add credit card and put the money in. But WAIT!! To get money out, 24option is asking information which is impossible to get. I signed up with my Monzo card (start up bank in London with prepaid cards). Because it is a prepaid card 24options is asking profs from the bank that I am the owner of the card and bank statements that it belongs to me. I sent prof of address, my prepaid card back and front, letter from the bank that it belongs to me and what..!!! My card did not have my name written on the front of the card, so 24options rejected my approval and I can not withdraw my money back!

I had horrible experience for 2 months straight. I was on the phone with my broker multiple times, but it's not up to him! This company has terrible policy and very strict to allow to withdraw your money. 24options found all the possible ways to prevent me from my withdrawal. But it was so easy to add card and deposit money in!

Stay away. Shocking shocking shocking!!!!

Avoid like the Plague

If you are considering opening an account with Option24.... Don't!
And here's why....

1. If you start with the mindset of "I wish to learn and practice" then you will be told "you'll fail immediately and you should put thousands into your account to start trading like a professional". The account managers are totally devoted to getting money out of you regardless of your experience level. You don't even get a practice account until you've put thousands into your account.
2. They will hound you years after you have closed your account. The only real way of getting rid of them is to change your phone number as they simply call you from a different number every time.
3. They will pretend to be working in your best interests and claim that they will support you. THEY ARE LYING! As soon as they have your cash they will lose interest in you.
4. You will be hounded for more deposits, even so far as to ask you how much you have in your bank.
5. Getting money out of Option24 is harder than applying lipstick to a cobra! You can put any amount in within minutes but get money out you need to arrange a phone meeting with your account manager and explain why you are taking money out!
6. You have to jump hurdles to take advantage of any promotion they have on.... just because it is on their website at the time you put the deposit in doesn't mean you will get it. Actually you need to call your account manager and ask for the promotion as you put your money in, you can't put your money in, realise you won't get the promotion then call your manager and get it.. they'll simply tell you they the promotion is not available unless you put more cash in through them on the phone.

I closed my account in 2016 and I am still being hounded by people claiming to be my account manager. I have put them straight many times only for someone else to call me a week later claiming to be my new account manager!

Fraudsters

Do not trust! They will steal your money and have hidden charges. I decided to join 24option as a blogger site stated it was the best place to purchase ripple from the UK. Before it even verifies you it will ask for a minimum of £250 deposit, which you cannot get back if they can't verify you. After I deposited the funds they then advised me they only buy ripple they do not sell it, I then requested my funds back. They refused as their systems were unable to accept the pictures of of my documents for verification. It the took a couple weeks for them to verify me through sending my documents via email. They then directed me to the withdrawal page which clearly stated that you will not be charged for your first withdrawal. I then filled the form out, but instead of them returning my funds to me, they took a 2nd payment of £250 from my bank account. They stole my money, and when I told them to stop the payment they didn't even apologize, nor did they cancel the payment. Instead they sent me another form to fill out. This time the withdrawal seemed successful but after it was completed it stated that I will be charged for my withdrawal. I then asked them why I am being charged as it is my first withdrawal, the man then again didn't apologies, but instead just stated that I hadn't made any trades so I will be charged. They have now been sitting on my money for 25 days, I still have not received my funds, they are also charging me even though it clearly states there isn't a charge and they stole an extra£250 leaving me in financial difficulty. Absolutely disgusting in everyway.

Terrible PUSHY company

Terrible PUSHY company. They sponsor Juventus apparently so I guess they need to push to keep you as a member (it seems they charge monthly fees which are not well advertised to you when you sign up) I've had one call today and two yesterday DESPITE saying do not call me in my cancellation of membership. I hadn't even gone as far as verifying nor adding any bank or card details at this point - so it's a straightforward cancellation within what was 2 days of registering These phone calls are 8 days after terminated!. Can't be trusted in my opinion and seem desperate to get you on board and get your monthly fees if you have no trading months - i.e. if you are just buying and holding long term

You can actually recover some or even all of your lost money to these fraud BO traders …

They kept on calling me asking me to invest, after a while of thinking I came to a conclusion that I was going tomato honest Money by Binary option so I invested with Binary Uno, also 24Option and some others. I made nice profits as promised, then the time for the Free Bonus Bet came and I also made profits on, Then they started telling me of how I need to increase my investment to X30 including my profit, well I fell for that not until I needed some money and felt the fastest and easiest way to get it is by withdrawing from my trading account, from this moment they started coming up with flimsy excuses. It took me 4-6months to finally accept that it was a scam, my bank said chargeback won’t get anything back so I had just lost most of my retirement to these suckers, after a while of researching online and always commenting on things like I am saying now, I saw someone recommend Calgary security . Org I was desperate and depressed so I gave it a try, here I am today happy with most of my money invested back to me. Im not greedy, I don’t need all back, I just feel waaayy better even if I got about 70% back. Don’t go near Binary Uno, they will not only scam you but also make you suicidal if you’re not strong.

Once you give them your phone number …

Once you give them your phone number (you can't register otherwise) they will start calling you repeatedly to convince you to put more money in the account and basically trust all of it to your "account manager" which will make you win some in the beginning then you'll start loosing, and he'll keep asking for more and more money so you can use his strategy to it's "Full potential". They're just a bounce of inducing scammers; Wolf of Wall Street style.

Hi Vijay Kumar

Hi Vijay Kumar, I need your help. I've lost a large amount at 24Options.

I'm new to Forex and 24options(in Cyprus) account manager stalked me continuously to invest more and take 100% risk. He didn't let me close the trade on margin call. He pretended to be an expert in forex. But experts don't advise to take 100% risk. How can I complaint about this? What can I do? Now they want me to (1) get 40K loan and open 40 lots with 100% risk (2) if not sell my house and invest in there company to recover my loss.

Regarding Vijay Kumars post:
"Safe withdrawal strategy for both old and new lost funds

Most brokers take advantage of their customers funds because they feel these customers don't know how to get their funds back, But trust me there are hidden ways you can get your lost funds back from the broker. I was able to withdraw my $175000 from the two brokers I signed up with while trading. If you have lost funds to broker that is more than $5000 or less please kindly let me know so I can tell you how you can get your money back. message me here for help"

Stay away from this company

You will loose all you money in no time. I had trouble with the verification documents, which was partly my own fault - I must admit. But when I finally succeded I thougt it had been such a hussle, that I just wanted to close the account again. When I did so it turned out that I had to pay a dormant fee of €120 for not using my account!!!

The thing is that I couldn't use it, since it was not verified by 24Option.
