Website says 2-4 days delivery

Website says 2-4 days delivery. I ordered on the 7th the email says I receive on the 10th. The night of the 9th I receive an update for the 15th new delivery date. Customer service is awful and doesn’t answer the phone or give a chat agent in whats app. Very disappointing service!

We understand that you are disappointed by the change in the expected delivery date from the 10th to the 15th, and we want to clarify a point regarding the shipping process.


We have reviewed your order history and can confirm that your package left our warehouse for shipping on the morning of the 7th, the same day you placed the order.

The standard delivery timeframe of 2-4 days refers to the service level we purchase from the courier company. Once the package is picked up by the external shipping agency, they are responsible for fulfilling that delivery timeframe.

We sincerely do not know why there was such a significant delay and why the courier updated the delivery date so late. It is important to clarify that, once the package is in the hands of the courier, the management of the transport and the exact delivery date is out of our direct control; we rely on their service to meet the committed timelines.

Despite this limitation in managing the courier's internal process, we are taking your feedback very seriously. We will **immediately investigate what happened with the shipping agency to understand why your order was delayed in this manner and ensure this does not happen again.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the external logistics process and thank you for your feedback, which is essential for us to improve our internal processes and relationships with our logistics partners.

Problem still not solved (after a month)

I am really sorry for that bad rating but I havent recieved any reply on my problem which I mentioned in previous rating. It has been a week since that. In overall It is almost a month without any reaction or reply and I have enough and I can see that there is no other option to communicate with you than through Trustpilot.

Everything perfect

Just received a rare pair of shoes through one of their raffles. Shoes got shipped literally instantly just a few minutes after the transaction. They arrived within a few days and everything could not have gone better overall.
They have a great selection for everything basketball, and I’ll certainly come back for more.
There are some negative reviews on this sites, but I’m so glad I went for it. From my experience, I can only recommend to not be discouraged by those reviews and try it out!

Refund

They charged me for my order sent me confirmation email and after that I received email that they cancel because they don’t have the shoes in stock refunding my money for 3 weeks already without answers worst site ever going to police with it

Avoid them

Made an order couple weeks ago which was canceled same day and money hasn't been returned. Avoid them, support not answering

Poor service

Be careful, they promise to deliver within 2-4 days, they "have it in stock" at the moment of purchase and then make the excuse that they don't have it it stock or that they have a big demand. This is how they keep their cashflow. For those that have the same issue with delays and excuses from their end, I suggest to instead of asking a refund, go directly to your bank and ask for a chargeback. That way not only you receive your full refund and 24segons will have to pay an additional fee that is around 8-15 euros. Maybe this way they will make improvements in the way they work and actually comply to whay they promise to deliver.

Positive Experience

I bought a pair of Air Force Mid sneakers from this website. I placed the order on WhatsApp on Tuesday because international addresses couldn't be added on the website (I hope this issue has been resolved). They immediately sent the package to GLS, and it arrived at my location in Romania on Monday morning. Both the website and the courier service were very fast. The pair was exactly like in the pictures, the size was as ordered, and the product had no defects. I will definitely order from them again!
