!!!!!!!

!!!!!!!! "BS" FLORIST!!!! STAY AWAY OF THEM!!!!

I placed an order for the next day delivery with special note to be delivered after 5 pm! They called me around 2:00 pm saying nobody answered the door although somebody was home around that time ( they tried to deliver it to a wrong address) and I need to pay extra delivery fee of $29.99+HST or to go and pick it up the following day ( which basically was the day of funeral I had to attend) from their location in Mississauga!

Never ever order from this BS flower shop as they are just trying to get more money from new and "repeat" clients ( my case) from 2022!!!
They charged extra $20 for ribbon and instead to put the CONDOLENCES message they put My name on the ribbon.
Beside few flowers, the greenery ( ruscus asper image from their website) was replaced by fern and lots of empty sponges beeing seen ....horrible services!!!
I called them back after delivery was done and nobody responded to my phone call or call me back!!!

BULL SHIT FLORIST

Moreover they just hang -up on the phone while talking with their clients!!!!

Go and order flowers on-line from different florist shop!!!!

Even one start is not worth it, but I put one star so I can write a review for potential buyers.

I order from the website and called…

I order from the website and called them and asked particular for fresh flowers as the occasion was for 3 days. Need tge flowers to last for 3 days. And when the delivery came I was surprised even the greenery they used was already yellowish. And some flowers where whiter. Called them about it, and when talked to about the package received, they disconnected the phone. Worst customer service

I ordered flowers for a company funeral…

I ordered flowers for a company funeral and the arrangement never showed up. It was a huge reputational loss from my company and very disappointing for the family. Called the company and had an absolute idiot talk to me and several other customers at the same time.

Bad Customer Service.

Placed an order on 24sendflowers dot com for mother's day. Also known as bloomsyourwaytiday dot com Ordered a bouquet that was specifically blue and white for the blue as I was away for the occasion. When the order arrived it was only white flowers. The shop refused to help when requesting to rectify with a partial refund. I have since seen that they have a guarantee that was also not fulfilled. Bad customer service. Do not recommend.
