Very poor quality products, misleading photos and names of good ones on website but completely different and near expiry products when delivered.
Costumer service at its worst, when raising the issue, they ignored it and stop replying!
Not recommended to order

If I could give no stars I would I looked in to my online banking saw money missing and it was shop 24 now I never signed us to any subscriptions or nothing so how could they take money from my account I emailed them they have ignored me so beware they are scammers it’s about time something was done about company’s like them I’ve never even heard of them before

This is the second online purchase. Disappointed this time as most tins received were badly dented and there were missing items to be told later on only when I enquired that they didn’t have enough! Although they asked for a proof of dented tins and offered return stamp I am still disappointed and will not buy again. The less the purchase the more expensive the shipping in this case. I would not trust them to chose for you as they will chose the worst and the items nobody else wanted. Avoid or go the shop in person. Not trustworthy.

The best deglet nour dates I have ever had. And very good price. All the other items very good quality and good prices too. Delivered next day and very well packed.

Don't remember buying anything but have stopped money coming from my account, have not received anything, so would like the money back ASAP £35 that you have taken, back in my account.

The service and care is second to none. It is personable and efficient. And the range of products is amazing - I couldn't find so much of what they have anywhere else near me! Good quality Lebanese and Arabic products. 110% recommended.
