The best nontoxic couch experience
I had bought a Hygge couch but realized the sectional I organically wanted was on flash sale so they graciously helped me exchange my order to the sectional. They notified me every step of the way. The couch is so amazing, comfy, easy to clean and comes fully assembled I just unboxed and placed where I wanted it. Looks fabulous in my living room.

Fantastic! Love it
I was first unsure using 25homes but honestly very happy that I did! We got the sandwich style sectional and could not be happier of the choice. This couch is wow!!! Comfort, beauty, great size my wife and I really love it. Ordering it was easy and the service was smooth. Also, they offered me 2 free items due to the purchase price.

It’s beautiful bit not practical
It’s beautiful bit not practical. It sits to low, and the height of the cushion comes to the middle of your back so it’s not a napping couch and if you fall asleep your neck will hurt from bobbing so much. The pillows for arm rests fly off. It is hard to get comfortable. Better for looking good than feeling good.

I ordered a sofa, came damaged and it's been impossible to get anyone at 25Home to deal with it. _ONE_ email per day if I'm lucky. Nobody answers their phone numbers, no returned calls or txts. Multiple requests for "more" photos of the damage. The damaged was even noted by the delivery team. (written and photographed). Their dispatch ALSO will not return calls. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do business with this Chinese company!

It’s tough pulling the trigger on a couch/sofa without actually “experiencing it” but with the option to return available I gave it a shot and let me tell you I’m sure glad i did. the sofa exceeded my expectations in comfort and design….also it doesn’t collect hair from my dog! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these folks!

Great experience purchasing a leather sofa
We bought a leather sofa from 25Home and could not be more pleased with the entire process starting with Sunny who helped with configuring the sofa exactly to our specifications and then following through with the purchase process and delivery. The sofa was exactly how we expected it to be. It is extremely comfortable and identical to what is described on the 25Home web site.

Great communication, slow delivery, not very comfortable
Communication was excellent, through ordering and shipping process. I worked with Nora and she was incredible. I was however disappointed in the length of shipping. When ordering it said the “item was in stock” and my estimated arrival date was quick, but the actual arrival date was weeks longer. Took about a month and a half to receive. I also thought the cushions would be comfier. The couch looks amazing, fantastic amount of space, beautiful color, but the cushions are flat and hard. Doesn’t make you want to lay in it forever like I was hoping. Probably would not suggest this item based on the price and lack of comfort.

So glad I ordered!
I found this online store by Google and absolutely loved the design of the furniture they offered. But because I never heard of them before I did some digging and found real people who used them and loved their products. I ordered with no issues and I loved that. I did order during black Friday so there was a delay in shipping and some issues with their freight company, so be aware you probably won't get your furniture on time. The company made up for it by offering me additional accent pillows for my couch (a $200 value) and I really needed them to complete my look.
The furniture company themselves is awesome! The delivery team they outsource to is not great and have delays. So just make sure you order early and give them some grace.

Industrial Air Leather Sectional Camel / Facing Left / 115 inch
I am coming back after 2 years of owning a couch from 25 home. This couch is meant for a sitting room and to be admired from afar . I will admit it’s beautiful and I still love the look of it. But in a two person household with no kids and no pets I am astonished at how this couch HAS NOT held up. I fluff this couch daily and yet ripples have started in the fabric in areas that are sat on . This couch is absolutely not water resistant in my opinion. I would stay it’s actually the least water resistant thing I’ve ever owned . One drop of water on this couch and be prepared to see a water/ring stain . An actual stain on this couch tho, GOOD LUCK trying to get it out .
