Paul Cunliffe is very easy to talk with and knowledgeable, which gave me confidence in his abilities. Good design, efficient and reasonably priced made 27 Projects the perfect choice and one that I would have no problem using again.

Professional and spot on with all the advice and services offered. Paul made what to me was a scary process feel really simple and easy... he talked me through everything so i knew what was going on and handled all the tricky stuff i had no idea about. The design was awesome... the whole process was made simple, and i actually learned a lot about the process thanks to Paul. Overall i now have the house of my dreams... the space i need and the design i wanted! Highly recommended!

From our first meeting, Paul has been prompt, informative and tentative to our wishes for our extension.

This was a marked change from the other architects we got round before deciding to go with Paul.

We started the process with a very low knowledge base and he has spent qualitiy time educating us, laying out the steps involved and completing the planning application process on our behalf.

He has offered advice to our problems and has paid particular attention finding solutions to our acoustic issues.

Hopefully we'll get our planning approval soon and can move onto the detailled design and build stages. With the confidence we have in Paul, I'm certain neither stage will be any issue.
