After i ordered i got the message that my pieces that i had ordered were not available anymore. I got offered to order new ones or get e refund. After having the same happen again that the pieces were not available and the ones i recieved were either a diffrent size or to bad of a qualitiy. I asked for a refund and i havent heard from them after i sent the pieces back wich they offered me to do and promised me a refund. No refund nothing. Pure Scam.

28 vintage are a Vile company! ASOS have tried 5 times to get a return slip from them and still nothing!!! There are NO contact details for them to ask direct for a return slip. Never use this company!!!!!! Absolutely 100000% a scam!!! Really can’t believe asos let them sell thru them. Disgusting
Update…. Still no refund! And it’s 8th September now!!
I ordered a pair of vintage Levi’s through Asos from 28Vintage on 19 July and have been trying to return them ever since. I emailed their team on 29 July, no reply. I’ve now contacted Asos six times, and each time they’ve said they’ve reached out to 28Vintage to get me a return label, but I still haven’t received anything.
It’s been over two weeks with no progress and zero communication from 28Vintage. Really poor customer service, quick to take the order but completely unresponsive when it comes to returns. Would not recommend.

They are saying they haven't recieved it, I have proof of delivery with a photo, showing that it has been returned.
I think they're service is appalling, and an now escalating my complaint.
Item had small hole and the seam was ripped.
Extremely poor response to emails. Stalled completely after return, despite tracking showing return arrived days earlier.
Eventually was refunded by the platform we bought from them through.
