It did give clear instruction how to proceed , I did find on my phone it came muddle and confusing . I change to my i pad and received what I missed and needed to give more information to finalise my application. I gave it three stars but felt that four was more appropriate, for I have had this problem before on other applications well done thank you Tim

Not bad at all 👍

I think for a single app to be able to incorporate so many functions and data it's a pretty amazing app. It also saves quickly in case of unexpected shutdown the data will save itself.

Thorough and well designed

Thorough and well designed. Each category was highly detailed and presented me with all the options for documentations to choose from, avoiding any confusion on what I should submit for a permit application.

PROFESSIONAL MANNER

I WENT FOR A HOME OPEN TODAY. THE AGENT WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS PAITIONTLY ANSWERING VIEWER'S QUESTION.
LATER, RESPONDING TO MY ENQUIERY VERY QUICKLY, ALTHOUGH IT WAS A SATURDAY.THE WEBSITE WAS ALSO VERY EASY TO APPLY.
