Very poor quality harness and horrible customer service. Harness broke while on my dog the second time I used it. The material just snapped in a clean break. I called the company and was told to send pictures. I sent several close ups that showed very clearly that it had not been chewed. I explained that we just purchased it and there is no way that she could have chewed it anyway since it was only on her while I was walking her. They essentially told me that I was lying and that my dog must have chewed it. Then they told me that if I wanted a replacement that I would have to spend more money (on top of the original high price I already paid). If my dog had chewed it, I would have been fine with that. But, this was clearly a faulty product. They should stand by their products, not insult their customers when they are at fault. I would stay far away from this company.

I can't even remember how I found out about this company, but I've had several harnesses from these guys. They're really incredible and stand up to a decent amount of abuse and use. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase more of these in the future. Orders ship very quickly too! Thank you!
