They did a good job at the time, and at a fair price and in a timely fashion. However based on Companies House data, they appear to have since gone into liquidation, meaning the excellent backup and support they promised is not available. Thankfully my warranty with Ideal Logic is intact. (The owner seems to be running 2Red Housing Ltd now)

We had a problem with our new boiler installed by 2Red, and were very worried our expensive new floors would have to come up, due to the response we had from the boiler manufacturer. Spoke with Simon, and then had a call from the owner of the company, Gurdeep Singh to reassure us they would be on the case, and do their very best to sort the issue. Their engineer Craig visited us on wednesday, spotted the problem within a few minutes, fixed then waited with us to make sure everything was ok and working as it should. These guys turned around what we thought was a nightmare, and proved themselves. A very professional outfit, highly recommended!! Feeling very relieved.

My boiler had died, so they came to see me after hours to discuss my options. They offered the same boiler as another two companies, but I was impressed with the salesman.
