I ordered from them for years and recently got scammed

I ordered from them for years and never had an issue. But for my most recent order (4-5 months ago), I only received an order confirmation order and never received a shipping or tracking for the items. I contacted customer support through Instagram, Email and even commented on their posts. But no one has reached out, refunded or clarified where my order is. I am out of pocket both money and the product.

As someone who is obsessed with…

As someone who is obsessed with fragrances and has their fyp plastered with fragrancetok. I cannot recommend 2Scent’s fragrances enough. Their customer service is just the cherry on top, their fragrances are amazing. The dupes last surprisingly long and are 1:1. If i was to recommend one, the LV Imagination dupe is second to none. Definitely going to pop back in for a restock. Big thanks to Hassan and the rest of the team for providing outstanding service and knowledge on their products.

Great Selection and Service!

I had a wonderful experience with 2scent Fragrances. The website is easy to use and they offer a fantastic range of fragrances that doesn’t break the bank! My order arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. In store, the customer service was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely shop here again!
