Ordering this table was no problem and the quality was as expected. The only catch was within the delivery. I received the call when they are arriving as requested only I had to come to a different place to pick up the package as it would have been impossible for the truck driver to get to my place.

We sorted it out and I was able to direct him to a fitting location but it could have been different.

The rest was as described and we are happy with the product.

It is a wonderful and elegant desk for home office. I love the feel of the table top. Moving it up and down works smoothly and easy. Would buy it again.

Worked well, above all, I love the table and the mechanism for adjusting. Delivery was good - only tracking and announcement of delivery date did not work in my case, but working from home I’m always ready to receive a shipment 😊.

Great space-saver desk with ample work surface. When raised all the way it’s flexes a bit when pushing down while writing etc.

Easy to adjust height - the only thing keeping it from a 5 star is a lack of step-less adjustment for perfect ergonomics

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

In December, immediately after having just received my new desk, I reported that it was damaged. Although these things unfortunately happen during manufacturing, I was immediately accused that I caused the damage. Then they wanted to brush the problem under the rug with a couple bottle of wines that I reluctantly accepted ("I told him that he can try but there's a good chance I may not accept them"). Since they sent a random courier with the wine, I messaged them back to ask that they pick up the wine and that I would like to speak to a manager to report the accusation & to find a different solution (if not have the desk replaced). I haven't heard back from them in weeks.

The star represents a functionally sound product.

Excellent table. The process from buying until it arrived to my home was according to my expectations. Love using it.

Service & delivery:
- Had to call support multiple two inquire about shipping status
- Had to call multiple times to drive local delivery
- Local delivery company received wrong address, resulting in further delay & conflicts with job
- Local delivery promised to inform 1 hr. prior to truck's arrival - didn't happen: more stress
- Contrary to 2WFH support's and local delivery's promise, desk would NOT be carried all the way to my flat (4th floor, no elevator)
- Could convince driver, though, to help me carry desk all the way up - by tipping him a handsome amount; narrowly avoided an accident

Great table, good service and fast delivery.

Being based in the UK I was a little bit concerned ordering from Denmark due to Brexit. Although it took a little bit longer, the desk arrived amazingly well packaged. It even came with a cleaning sponge and mouse mat. The desk itself is better than my expectations. I have a small studio flat and this foldable desk works perfectly in a compact living space and it speaks quality as every detail has been thoroughly thought through. I would happily recommend this desk to anyone. The company is a pleasure to deal with too.

It took 2 weeks delivery to Switzerland, but everything arrived in a good shape.
