Do not buy from this company! I was a fan of their clothing, had some really nice items from them in 2023. Placed over £200 of orders for Christmas 2024. Money taken but never received my order, sent numerous emails, tried to call, tried to contact through social media with no replies at all. A scam to take as much money as possible before going into administration. Shame as I was a big advocate of the clothing but lost all trust!

Just straight stole my money!
Got a jumper and leggings for my sister for Christmas and never turned up and have never responded to any of my emails.

Just plain theft! Took my partners money, ruined Xmas for myself due to no present and no reply to several attempts to contact customer services!

Ordered on 8th December and no sign of the order (which was my son’s Christmas present). Emailed four times and sent messages on social media. They simply don’t respond. Would seem this is a scam company.

Ordered christmas presents for my son on the 16/12/24 and have been left with nothing. All emails ignored and no product. I am devastated as im not in a financial position to be able to buy him more without a refund. would give zero stars if i could

I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience with 304 has been. After a previous order was sent with a faulty product, I decided to give them a second chance and placed a new order at the end of November. It’s now well into January, and I still haven’t received any updates on my order. This is beyond unacceptable.

I’ve contacted their customer service team THREE times, including the CEO in the email chain, and not a single response. They’ve ignored my attempts at communication entirely. It seems like this company is actively trying to avoid taking responsibility for their mistakes.

I’m now forced to pursue other avenues to recover my funds, but I want to warn everyone: do NOT waste your time or money with 304. It’s clear to me that they are either completely incompetent or have no regard for their customers.

It’s clear that I’m not alone in my frustration, as many others have faced the same issues with them. This is not just poor customer service—this is a company that appears to be actively trying to steal from its customers.

This company is a scam.

My mum tried to purchase presents for christmas on 2nd December was left £105 short with no products, look at companies house and they are in administration, but they are allowed to ‘trade’ to try and pay off their debts which means taking money from normal people without them getting any products.

The customer service is also terrible and they do not like to reply to you.

I ordered a t-shirt on December 3rd 2024. I emailed them on 11th December asking for an update and the tracking number, be told its delayed. Emailed again December 23rd. No reply, emailed for full refund, no reply. I have had to get the fraud department in my bank involved. Stay away from this company. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Bought clothes from 304 quite frequently in that past as I quite liked their clothes. 2 t-shirts I bought 12 months ago though didn't quite fit so I returned them. Despite NUMEROUS emails asking for my money back I am still £60 down!!!! Several times I have had replies saying the refund has been processed but all lies. The rest of my emails just ignored

Ordered a hoodie on 16th Dec, no notification of dispatch, no response to multiple emails sent chasing, and no way to contact the company by any other means. An absolute shambles of a company who clearly do not care about their customers and will happily take their money and feel no responsibility to even communicate with them, let alone deliver their products - daylight robbery!

Only wish I’d checked the reviews before purchasing as it seems they have a reputation. Will be logging a formal complaint with trading standards.

I made an order in November and have not received my item. I have emailed them several times, on the contact page on their website and on their helpdesk email on my order confirmation page. I have had no replies. I have looked the company up at Companies House, which is public record and I advise others to do the same before ordering from this website.
The customer service is appalling please be wary before placing an order.

Ordered a t shirt 3 weeks ago. 3 chases now . Received an ai response the delay due to the Black Friday cyber Monday sales and postage refunded . This is the second order on the bounce where I have to chase . Shame as I like their products . Other reviews would indicate there is an issue . So please think before ordering anything for Xmas

Made an order on beginning of September, still waiting for it. I try to contact them they come with the same response to wait. Its been 3 months since then how long does it take. I paid some good money for them and the scam me. For other be aware of them.

Love their hoodies! Quality, prompt delivery and excellent value. Their mystery box was fab for my son, too! And my 25 year old daughter lives in 304 ribbed, seamless leggings!

What a nightmare. Order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and now I’m waiting for a refund for nearly 3 weeks. They clearly spend a lot of money on promotion and then can’t stand up the service around it. Such a shame. The products are good.

Ordered 4 t shirts 3 weeks ago and still haven’t heard a thing, I’ve emailed countless times and still no reply! Please avoid

Ordered a men’s jumper & pants & ladies leggings & hoodie. Took 5 weeks to come, the leggings were missing and everything else was far too big. They said they would refund the leggings, and exchange everything else. So I posted back to exchange, I never heard a single thing again, despite emailing how long I would wait for the items to return in a smaller size. It’s a shame as the quality appeared really good. I ended up putting a charge back on through the bank as I was £130 out of pocket.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 2 t shirts on the 13th of march. It’s August now and I still haven’t received it. (5 months!!) didn’t get updates and despite emailing like 8 times I got only 1 response: “we are busy right now”. I finally got an update today about the parcel reaching the custom clearance, it did not come through and is being sent back to 304 for another 6 (!) weeks!! Terrible communications and 0 help from their side. Please don’t order here if you want to keep your money

Ordered my 2nd mystery box and was chuffed with the items.

Had a problem with one of the items and managed to speak to someone after replying to one of their instagram stories (much like another small clothing store) and got it resolved asap.

Overall extremely happy and will be ordering again very soon!
