It was my first time going on Ziyarat. I was extremely worried as family and friends had told me their horror stories of dirty hotels and awful food and transport across Iraq with other travel companies. I am happy to say, my experience with 313 Tours was incredible from start to finish. They took care of everything, from wheelchairs for my aged parents, to enormous AC coaches for every ziyarat, a fantastic Maulana and hotels and food way above my expectations- clean and spacious, like an english 4**** i would say. They basically did all the hard work so all I had to do was turn up and focus on my Ziyarat. They even provided water bottles, a comprehensive Ziyarat book which was amazing and a bag. They accomodated the elderly and the small children in 50 degree heat, choosing to do the far away ziyarats at night. Overall an amazing experience and I will definitely will be chossing 313 every time

I had wanted to go for Ziarat in Iraq for many years but had heard many stories from other Zawars about group operators promising VIP service but delivering a poor compromised service. 313 Tours was recommended to me so I decided to go with them. From arriving at the airport on departure to returning back I was constantly ready for hiccups/problems because of all the stories I had heard about group operators, Honestly speaking from start to finish I didn’t encounter a single issue, everything was as promised and the service was beyond my expectations, I highly recommend them.

I travelled with this company, they went out of their way to make the trip as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The best hotels, transport and staff. Well worth the experience.

Quality Service here and a true end-to-end service from the exceptional quality of hotels and ground transportation. The tour guides are very knowledgeable. There is a reason why certain celebrities only travel with this group. They are extremely professional and perfect for young families and adults as well. If you want to do ziyarat in comfort there really is only one go to service. The group leader is very passionate about his service and it shows in the quality of care given to every single person in the group.

I went in 2023 with this group , alongside my husband and 2 children . This was my 6th time going on ziyarat Alhamdulilah, and I can say I had the most comfortable experience in 2023. The hotels were really good and really clean, and the food is quite decent too , with quite decent being the best you can get in Iraq really . Because I had my children with me ,313 arranged for night ziyarats and trips to samarrah and balad which were a game changer really , as my children wouldn’t have been able to go in the day due to the heat . Coaches were well air conditioned and comfortable too(you’d be surprised the group I went with in 2022 the coaches had no AC) . My husband and I were skeptical at first because we had only been with the famous UK kafilay before , but 313 tours really did surprise us both . The molana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he was also the first molana we had that spoke English too, so my children could even understand! Overall I would highly recommend 313 tours, yes they’re not the cheapest but that’s because you’re paying for more a premium experience , and for comfort and reliability, and with it being my kids first times on ziyarat , it was a no brainer for me . There is no scamming or playing around like some of the other groups my husband and I have gone with and we will be back with 313 this year inshallah. Labbaika ya Hussain

Very good experience

Excellent experience with the best hotels. Having travelled with several different groups in the past, I can honestly say that this experience was by far the best. There was a real focus on comfort & hygiene which made the Ziyarat stress free allowing me to fully immerse myself in this once in a lifetime spiritual experience. The whole trip was planned meticulously, including 5* transport with fantastic reciters on board.
