I have just renewed our free hosting with 34SP. They have provided us with this service for a number of years and we are very grateful for their support. Their staff are incredibly helpful when I need to contact them and their responses are always prompt and accurate.

34SP has hosted our website for a long time at no charge. For a small charity like Helping The Burmese Delta, this is very valuable, but even more important is that their service is flawless. They are responsive, efficient, and very friendly to deal with.

I have contacted them a number of times over the last few years with various issues.

I have invariably found them to be quick to respond, friendly, and professional. Most of the time they were able to sort out the problem almost immediately. If the issue was not with them, they were always able to suggest where the problem might lay and how to set about getting it fixed.

I would say that they provide value for money and more, though thanks to their generosity we receive great support at no cost.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I should have written this review ages ago. We have been with 34sp for more than 5-years now, and they are truly one of the few companies with whom we deal who understand brilliant customer service. A fantastic company, which prides itself on its customers being able to talk to a real human when asking for support. We recommend them to absolutely everyone who needs site hosting. Top drawer!

Been with 34sp for many years now. Though prices have gone up, can't fault the excellent support they provide. Very quick at picking any issues you raise and super helpful staff in resolving.

We run our WordPress website for our consultancy using 34SP and the team has been helpful from the start, even when we have made stupid errors that required unpicking. Would highly recommend.

34SP is the third hosting service we have used for our village hall service and is the best. I like their straightforward control panel, the Staging environment and the quality of Support on the one occasion a broken plugin prevented our website running. They've supported us for over two years now and I'm delighted.

One screw up after another.

Limited technical and support experience. Children/student level with no interest in learning.

Over a week gone and I can't even display a webp image, as a photographer that's bad.

They don't understand SEO and have made a mess of my domains. I'm still trying to fix the 12 years of SEO work they have scewed up.

Everytime I ask them to do something they just fob me off.

Even basic WP Plugins don't work on their platform.

They don't read my requests, even when repeated over and over.

It looks like a decent company at face value, but it's a facade, a thin veneer of only the vaguest competence.

This company strikes me as a school project gone horribly wrong.

I've been with 34sp.com for many years. Never had a problem with them and I have lost count of the problems they've sorted for me. They are helpful, friendly and absolutely know their jobs. Always quick to respond with emails or phone calls. Super efficient company, highly recommended.

Alex not only explained the process of changing my domain in a way i understood but helped me keep my old email which I needed. He then did the whole process for me, checking back after it was completed to make sure everything was working well. Amazing service. Thank you!
