First of all, the customer service is very responsive. They guided me through the process since this was my first time. The package was really protected and everything arrived flawless. It also took just 3 days once everything was sent. Super recommend!
Took what I thought was a risk using these new guys thanks to some generous shipping coupons offered upon signing up, and they surpassed all expectations. Customer service feels personal - probably because they aren't over subscribed yet and the shipping fees were more than reasonable - £32 (before coupons) for 3.8kg to UK is better than any price I've paid with the more established agents. No app available yet though and the website can be a little clunky when using it on your mobile however having to wait till I'm on my laptop before making purchases has saved me a few quid on what would have been impulse buys.
