Ali and his colleagues from 360 Circle of Care are an amazing care team who truly carry out their duties as carers with great passion, dedication and professionalism. Ali and his colleagues looked after and cared for my grandad like he was their own father and never failed to break our trust regarding the safety of my grandad. Despite my grandad’s progressive dementia he always remembered and was happy when he saw Ali and his colleagues everyday, which was heartwarming to witness. My mother and I are extremely grateful that we were blessed enough to come across such outstanding carers and for all the emotional support that was provided to us as well. The world would definitely be a better and safer place if all carers were like Ali and his colleagues. I would highly recommend 360 Circle of Care for those who want their loved ones to be cared for by genuinely kind hearted individuals.

I contacted 360 Circle of Care to get home care support for my elderly mother who has dementia. Ali came to visit to carry out an assessment of mum’s needs and was able to provide an excellent carer for mum. I was particularly impressed when he came with the carer on her first visit. That meant she was less nervous meeting us for the first time and also he could see that the environment was safe for both client and carer. This demonstrated that he looks after his employees (as well as his clients) which is fantastic.

I am very happy with mum’s carer. She turns up on time and is very gentle with mum. She is reliable, professional, warm, caring and always treats mum with respect. Mum’s care needs are reviewed frequently so she receives consistent support as her condition progresses.

We were impressed with their willingness to do everything in their power, to assist my brother to live as independently as possible. The team were always reviewing my brother's needs, which became more complex as his illness progressed. As a family, we were impressed with the dedication shown by the care team towards my brother, particularly as his care needs increased. It always felt like the care team were supporting us as a family too, which was a great help in the last months of my brother's life. We are very grateful for the care my brother received from Ali and his team at 360 Circle of Care.
