I ordered a scooter on this website and received both an order confirmation and invoice. The following day, the company contacted me to say the scooter had been listed in error. Despite this being their mistake, they refused to honour the confirmed order or offer another model that is due in as a replacement. The only alternative offered was a blue scooter — completely disregarding the fact that I specifically ordered pink for a birthday gift. There was no meaningful apology and the overall customer service was very poor. I am now without a scooter and left waiting for my refund due to their error. Extremely disappointing. There are many other reliable Irish businesses that would truly appreciate your custom - I would recommend going elsewhere.

We’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment caused. The scooter was incorrectly listed due to a stock error, and we understand how frustrating that must have been - especially as it was intended as a birthday gift.
As soon as we became aware of the issue, we contacted you to explain the situation and offered the available alternatives or a full refund. Unfortunately, none of those options were suitable in this case.
We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we have reviewed our stock processes to help prevent this from happening again.
Great service overall
Great service overall. Both Martin and Sebastian, very patient, knowledgeable and helpful around what bike and accessories. Administration was also great based on consistent communication.
Made it all easy...and we felt we purchased the best of what we were looking for.

Look nowhere else than 365
From the start Max was very helpful-365 had the bike i was interested in and he set me up for a spin. I was ready to buy it and he knew in detail the ins and outs of the Bike to Work scheme.
The man from Chile had the bike ready the day and time I wanted it and had it set up to suit my needs along with help of man from, I think, Czech Republic. Overall it was top-class sales and service
