We are the locksmith company that did a job for 360 Estates Halifax on the 9th of June 2025. Mr W.Ali refused to pay after numerous chase ups, saying that 360 Estates is no longer in operation and if we want to get the payment we can try to pursue legal action. Obviously its still operating and did not shut down. Do business with them at your own risk.

Every single month, we had to chase up for rent and was always more than 2 weeks delay and only received after numerous chase ups. Did not do any of the tenant verification for our tenants. Dodgy tenancies,where the named person in the tenancy is not the person who lived in our property. We think they were housing multiple people at our flat,as we were never allowed any inspection. The only video we were sent had beds in living room and the bedrooms. It looks like they had six people in our 2 bedroom flat.They have not paid us 2 months rent and electricity bills for our flat. We have evicted the tenants. Still waiting for 360 estates to give us all tenant information and pay us the missing rent. Avoid them like a plague. The owner Nadeem gets very aggressive when you have to chase up for the rent.
