Customer service support was outstanding.

Had a minor issue with faucet and it was quickly by the support team, in manufacturing things do go wrong and resolving an issue is as important as receiving a perfect part..you get an a/plus for that...love the product

Love everything about it except that it’s in Celsius and not Fahrenheit
I did replace the hand held shower with a filtered system which makes this the human car wash of showers
I have actually given two of them away as gifts

Had a very good experience with this company. Shipping was on time. The screen for my shower was dented from the shipper. They took care of my issue really quick and sent me out a new screen immediately. Next time I need a new shower. I'm definitely buying it here!

We feel like we have a luxury product for a budget price. The instillation was a breeze. Everything works like a charm.

The products are excellent A+ for the price. And they stood behind their warranty 100%. I had a few small issues with my unit and ask them to send a part so that I could fix it. Not only did they do that but they sent a whole new unit as well. I would definitely do business with them again.

Our shower system came quickly. Very excited to try it out.

Installed 2 of these systems and they are wonderful. Only one criticism would be if the knobs were labeled better so you could see what function each one does.

Ordered a kitchen faucet on March 6. After installation, found the faucet would not stop leaking. Contacted the company for a refund per their website. They have refused, and sent me another faucet - that I did not request or accept - more than a month later due to all the back and forth (no way I was waiting a month to replace a severely leaking faucet)! I was seriously disappointed with the quality of this product, and am beyond frustrated with my experience with this company! DO NOT recommend doing business with 360Faucets.

Placed order 2 weeks ago and tracking shows it is still waiting to be processed. Tried to call two different customer service numbers and "not available". Sent an email and no response. Finally disputed the charge on my credit card. Will definitely not deal with this company again.

I ordered what was supposed to be a an expressed shipped shower panel. It stated that it would take 4-7days. Once they got my money I was supposed to be able to track my order with a confirmation number, but I didn’t get one. It took 4 days to hear from them stating my order was delayed. I immediately emailed them that I needed more information but got none. I would have paid $100 more for expedited shipping. Still no answer until today which states they just got it in and will ship it in a couple of days it’s already been 8 days and I no longer have any patience. A couple of days means Monday ship date and who knows when I’d get it. Meanwhile I have absolutely no shower to use. I have to go to the gym to take a shower. If they had just been honest in the Shopify website that it takes 2-3 weeks I had many other options very similar. That could have had last week. I wanted this one because it was chrome. But I cannot take being misled and days and days of unprofessional unresponsiveness.

I emailed today that if I don’t get an option to overnight it to cancel my order. Now that I see other reviews I feel that they knew exactly what game they were playing all along.

Husband ordered and paid extra for expedited shipping. After 4 days of hearing nothing, I checked the status. Nothing. I emailed and this was their response…

360 faucet screwed me over on an order. They delivered it to the wrong place and won’t make it right. They’re very hard to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.make sure you buy from somebody else and check the reviews on this company not good I called in the address and it showed in your shipping address it was right you just shipped it to the wrong place and you won’t make it right I hope other people don’t make this mistake

I bought a shower curtain from them online and when I received it the quality of the material was horrible and thinner than Saran warp and was not at all what was advertised and honestly, I could have bought the same shower curtain in a dollar store, so I contacted them to return it only to be told they do not take returns because what I bought was "custom made". This is not advertised anywhere on their website and no representative from their company ever came to my apartment to take measurements nor did they ever ask me what the measurements of my shower were so they could custom make it for me and I would have NEVER spent my hard earned money to buy a "custom made" shower curtain online. This business is nothing more than a scam and I absolutely DO NOT recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware !

Terrible customer service. I purchased a shower system and tried to get answers regarding the safety valve before installation. I hot no respfrom the company after multiple tries so I returned the item.

This company doesn’t stand behind the products it sells. If there is an issue with your faucet or shower unit, you’re stuck with the poor quality goods and out the money. I bought three vanity faucets and all three of them were faulty from within the housing assembly. 360Faucets will not refund me or replace the units. I’ve provided them photo and videos of the faucets issues. I suggested they receive the faulty units back so that they can investigate why they’ve failed. But they don’t care. I feel sorry for the other customers who have installed them and have them leaking under their sinks. The shower unit when unpacked had a crimp in the edge of the metal, they wouldn’t exchange it. We also bought a kitchen sink faucet. Never bothered to install it after all the issues with with the vanity faucets leaking. Bad quality products, terrible customer support, no returns or refunds. Buyer beware!

Company día not stand by their garbage nor do they answer when needed. Chances are you will be blocked. DO NOT BUY.

Although I did not agree with the quality of the shower kits the company did work with me for refunding my money. It was a little difficult as they are based outside the U.S. but we managed. So I have to give them cudos. The product did not meet my standards

This company has a horrible return policy. In order to return the product it must never have been opened. No exceptions. I didn’t realize the faucet didn’t come with a plate to cover the holes from the prior faucet. Without it the new faucet is useless to me. If you purchase from them just understand that they make it pretty difficult to return something for a refund. I regret buying from them.
