Nonexistent customer service and quality standards
I placed an order for postcards from the Mexican site. The order arrived with the cards cut incorrectly. I was able to reach out to customer service and they resent the second parcel of cards arrived uncut! When I attempted to reach out again they directed me to a virtual assistant that doesn't respond. I am unable to register my complaint and almost 2 months later, have not been able to have the problem solved.

I had a very bad experience
I had a very bad experience, they don't want to refund me for a product that arrived after the stipulated date, that will no longer be used and that was also returned with the repeater of the ESTAFETA shipping companies, I don't want coupons of anything, I want my money back, since I had to pay in another company what you did not do despite paying the extra charge for the day chosen for delivery I arrived 4 days after what was agreed. The delivery was ahead of time and the…
The delivery was ahead of time and the packaging was also good.
The quality is really bad. I paid some extra money for a professional to look at it buy it does not seem like they checked it before printing.
Also their pricing is very deceptive. There are a lot if extra add ons and in the end you pay a lot more.
I do NOT recommend them.

Not what I ordered
I ordered business cards and the cards were not what I had ordered. They were mixing the logo from and back which had been uploaded to the card. I did not receive any communication about the change in the design. I tried to contact 360imprimir but only received an automated response that did nothing to resolve the issue. Now the cards are useless. It was a complete waste.

Why do you refuse to refund my money?
This company is terrible.
Do not use.
I purchased from 360imprimir / Bizay and have not received my product. They didn't even bother updating tracking information.
The date I needed it for came and went, it is now of no use to me, and it is a month late.
I have sent email after email with no resolution apart from being enrolled into the loyalty programme and given store credit.
I do not want to be part of a loyalty programme. Store credit is no good to me. I do not trust this company one bit.
Either give me the product I ordered or give me my money back.
Why can they not say whether my product was even posted?
Why can they not refund the money to me?
This is very dodgy. Stay away.
