Easy and fast

Excellent price. Finding the product that I was looking for has been very easy, as well as the purchase. Easy to install. Fast communication with the support in case of need.

ORDER CANCELLED NEXT DAY WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION

Arturia V Collection license (in stock) ordered on 4 January.
Next day, in the order I found this message:
“Order #26063 was placed on 4 January 2025 and is currently Refunded”.

What is this? Why? In Christmas time? Sure?
Without any explanation?
License will be available soon or never more?

E-mail sended on 5 January.
No response, no explanation.
Refunded yes, but…

Incredible!

Hello Javier GÓMEZ,

We are very sorry about your review. Unfortunately, during the holiday season, there was a synchronization issue with the supplier's catalog. When we attempted to process your order, the supplier informed us that the stock had run out. We immediately proceeded with the refund of your order and explained what had happened via email.

Therefore, it is not true that there was no communication.

In any case, we sincerely regret the situation. We always strive to provide the best service possible. We were unable to obtain any additional licenses (in fact, the product is still out of stock). The only thing we could do was refund your order in full.

However, if you contact us privately, we would be happy to find a way to make up for the inconvenience.

Best regards,
The 360 Licenses Team
