Terrible return policy
We got shoes that didn’t fit and tried to return it. We had no idea you can’t return if you don’t have a box it came in so they didn’t allow us to return. It should be stated when you purchase the shoes what you need in order to return.

Refund policy is terrible.
Bought shoes on 11/5, ordered wrong size by accident paid $ 132.29 and was only refu ded $ 114. Never worn, had all the tags. refund policy needs revamped. Lost $ 18 for no reason at all

Bad quality shoes and useless aftersale!
Bought the big 4.0 quick as there was alot of good review on it!
The tpu on the side of the shoes started going off.
This happened after only 3 months of 1 training a week indoor!
Never had any basketball shoes that started breaking after so short time!
i reached out to the support as i wanted to get it fixed and not refund cause I enjoy the shoes but no help was given! I didnt even asked for a refund i just wanted to get the shoes fix as it might be a defect one if it broke so fast!
Just avoid this brand for now until they get a phisical shop or a proper sale support!

Worst service ever!!!
The shoes are quite good. But please never buy from this awful online store! Returns cost 16€. 361° does not collect the return from the Postshop. The shoes are sent back to my home. Now I have to pay for another return!!!
